On the bow of the boat, there stood a female with long, brown hair tied into a low, loose ponytail with bandages covering her left eye, as in the position an eye-patch would be in. Her clothes consisted of a casual gray plain shirt and long, navy leggings. A thin, light-brown cape covered her back and arms, but because of the breeze that was blowing through the air, her cape was being flown back, revealing her thin, but healthy, arms.

Her thoughts were deep, and because of this, she was spaced out of reality. She was holding onto the bars that were sustained at the edge of the boat, and thinking deep.

'How can I save her? I always loved her, but my mother... I have to respect her. I have to respect her decisions or else she'll be left alone, just like how Jade and Ikuo left her, I don't want to leave my mom... but I don't want to sacrifice my sister to some crazy spirit! What should I do...?'

Her thoughts were spinning, she was losing herself. She couldn't focus on anything that was around her, all she could focus on was what she was able to do and what she was not able to do, what she can do and what she can not do. The more she thought of things she couldn't do, the more restrictions she realized she had. She decided that she would tell her that she at least deserved one of all the restrictions she had to be removed, even if it was a small one. She thought of a plan to see how she can tell this to her mother, even though she also knows that she might go completely psychotic as that was part of her personality nowadays.

Somewhere in between the stern and the bow of the boat, Ash and Gou were meeting up with Clarissa and Misty after they explored the ship much to Misty's dismay as she just wanted to have a good time. On the contrary, the boat, according to Misty, was actually really beautiful inside, but because of Misty's love for the Pokemon that lived in the oceans surrounding the boat, she wanted to see if she could catch one, and also find out if it is a Pokemon that doesn't populate an official region such as Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, nor Galar.

"So, what are you going to do, Misty?" Ash asked.

With a confident response, Misty declared, "I will catch a Mistica Island Pokemon!"

"Let me guess, a water type?" Clarissa assumed.

"Eh... too obvious, isn't it?" If anyone could, they would cue the depressing background for Misty as she wasn't able to impress anyone since her choice of Pokemon was very obvious.

"It's alright, Misty! Besides, don't we all want to catch a new Pokemon?" Gou exclaimed. Everyone nodded in agreement, and then made their way over to the bars that protected anyone from falling over the edge of the boat. Once they reached the edge, they stared into the setting before their eyes. The sky, a beautiful baby blue with white, fluffy clouds forming into abstract shapes that many would describe into many things. Below the 'horizontal line' was the crystal blue water, clashing onto the boat from time to time.

But that setting wasn't what the group would describe at what happened next.

A Corviknight that was wrapped in a cloak of darkness was making its way towards the boat, awaiting its time to attack. On the Corviknight was a woman that valued this bird as its 'master', she would do anything to please the Corviknight.

Even if it meant sacrificing her daughter.

Once the Corviknight reached the boat, it fired a large Hyper Beam at where the entrance to the inside of the boat was, tearing the entire block of materials down as if it was a piece of paper. It landed on the boat, only to receive a thunderbolt from somewhere. He followed the direction of where the thunderbolt was by using his senses, but he couldn't figure it out. It thought it was a dumb trainer asking it for a fight, when suddenly the thunderbolt died down and was replaced by a kid's voice.
