"I'm almost done with this, now all I have to is carry these over here and the lab set will be complete." A female says before they trip and fall, suddenly appearing in an unfamiliar area. The air smelled different, the sounds were louder than before. She knew she was in a completely different area, she just didn't know where.
She'd found a place to sit down and did not budge at all. The feeling of wind whipping past her followed by unfamiliar scents let her know that there were many people around her, which she wasn't used to. She did remain calm and did not let it bother her in the slightest.
She sat there throughout the night as well, and the following day, waiting. Thinking, of way to get back home. In order to do that, she'd have to find out where she was first. Then thunder rolled in, and it began raining. Pouring down.

"It seems that we have been picking man strange signals in the area lately. It is currently unknown what they are, but keep an eye in your area, for anything suspicious or out of the ordinary. You are dismissed, Shadow. "
"Very well." Shadow says leaving the GUN agency after being called in to debrief the last mission he had been on. On his way home, he had seen the same girl sitting at the bus stop in the rain for the past couple of days but ignored her. Today however, someone appeared to be trying to pick pocket her. Typically this behavior you could ignore, but there seemed to be something wrong with this girl. She didn't notice him at all, she just sat there motionless. He decided to help this time, going over and gripping the man's wrist tight enough to crush it and then waving her belongings in her face.
"Hm?" She says looking around aimlessly. "Is someone there?" She questions and Shadow looks at her slightly confused. Had she been blind this entire time, sitting all alone in a city filled with crooks and criminals?
"Yes, you dropped your wallet." He says placing the wallet in her hand and she bows her head to show thanks. As much as he despised the idea, he couldn't leave a helpless blind person sitting outside in the rain. "Come with me for now until you find some place to go. You're blind and in a city full of criminals."
"That would be nice of you, but I do not want to cause any trouble." Of course Shadow wanted to leave, but knowing she was blind and seemingly helpless, he insisted.
"Okay and? I wasn't asking, I'm telling you. You're coming with me to get out this rain and the middle of a dangerous area." He adds grabbing her hand and leading her to his quaint little home not too far from where he had found her. He sat her on the couch and went to grabs some towels.
"Thank you." She says as she dries her hair and neatly folds the towel when she finishes. Shadow takes the towel and places the in the clothes hamper for washing later on.
"So, how long were you outside at the bus stop?" He asks her and she looks in his direction as though she is thinking.
"Oh? I was at a bus stop. I had no clue, nor do I know how long I was there." She says unsure of when she got there.
"Do you at least know how you got there?" Shadow questions her not expecting much of an answer since she was blind in the first place.
"I was finishing up some unpacking and I ended up tripping. Next thing you know, I was here.... wherever here is." She explains and he seems a bit confused as to what her occupation may be or how she tripped and got here in the first place. "Oh, I apologize. My name is Sansy, I forgot to introduce myself to you."
"Ah right." Shadow says remembering he wasted no time with the questions. "I'm Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog."
"It's nice to meet you Shadow, I hope we can become friends." She says and he lets out a quiet sigh knowing this would be a hassle. As the sun set over the horizon, he prepared the bed, allowing Sansy to sleep there rather than on the couch even though she insisted she was fine staying on the couch. He gave her pajamas and ensured that she would get her normal clothes back in the morning.
Once the morning peaked into the window, Shadow who hadn't slept at all went to wake Sansy who had already been wide awake. He helped her out of the bed and downstairs and insisted that she ate breakfast. From his perspective, she ate like a toddler as she created a mess. Letting out low, irritated growls, he helped her finish off her food. After she had eaten, she was given her Golden sweater and black pants and lab coat. He helped her brush her teeth before they left for GUN, in his mind he thought she couldn't really do or see much since she was blind anyway. Upon entering, they looked at the new girl whom was guided by Shadow as though it was something new. No one thought Shadow could be the caring type.
"Sansy wait here." He says sitting her down in a chair outside the office. He went inside and Sansy waited patiently unaware of the strange stares she had been receiving as she stared blankly at nothing. Someone approached her quietly and waved their hand in front Sansy's face.
"Yes, I am blind." Sansy says feeling the wind and they jolt back upon the sudden response, chuckling nervously.
"S-sorry. We just never seen Shadow come in here with anyone other than someone he had went on a mission with." They explain rubbing the back of their neck. After a moment of silence, something hot falls in Sansy's lap causing them to jump up in pain.
"Ouch!" She yelps fanning her now coffee stained sweater, quickly cooling it down before letting out a sigh. She knew humans were like this, always finding a reason or way to torture others.
"Sorry about that cupcake." A female voice says and Sansy looks in her direction wondering what the reason behind that was for. The culprit behind the deed was Valerie, another one of the elite agents who had always worked closely with Shadow.
"Don't worry about it, I know was an accident. Now Shadow will have to wash my sweater again." Sansy says sadly just as Shadow returns from the office and see Sansy's stained sweater.
"I thought I told you to wait here." He says in an irritated tone.
"I didn't move. Someone spilled this on me." She says sadly and he lets out a sigh looking around the room. "I'm sorry, I'm becoming a hassle, aren't I?"
"Come on, I need to wash your damn sweater again. What a nuisance." He says grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the door. Sansy looks in the direction of where she had been before she hears a scoff just before they disappear beyond the thresh hold.
"Shadow, you're gripping my wrist kind of tight." Sansy says causing Shadow to loosen his grip a bit although he remained silent. He knew it was Valerie that poured the coffee onto Sansy's sweater but decided not to cause a scene in the room. Once they get back to the quaint little house, he hands her a shirt to change into and grabs her sweater. As Shadow went off to wash her sweater once again. Sansy noticed something sitting in the corner of the room and made her way over to a computer that she could tell was just years old and began to tinker and toy with it. This put a smile on her face, relieving her of some stress. When Shadow returned he saw her working on it diligently and made his way over.
"You know that thing is busted right?" He says realizing an even more pertinent question, but before he could ask she answered.
"No, it's not busted silly. It's just sick in a way, with a virus and I'm going to fix it up." She says and he shakes his head at the sight although she did seem to know what she doing. "I guess you could technology is my strong suit," She adds. unlike anything else." She says under her breath.
"How are you seeing this anyway? I thought you were blind." He says and she glances over at him before answering.
"I don't need to see them to know how to fix them." She says setting up the hard drive and turning it on to Shadow's surprise. "Huh... well that was easy." Sansy says before walking off and tripping over the coffee table only to be caught by Shadow.
"So clumsy." He says and she blushes out of embarrassment before he guides her upstairs helping her to bed before making his way downstairs to the couch again. "Why am I baby sitting again?"
