It's been about a week since Sansy showed up and she and Shadow had been getting along as he was still impressed at how good she was with technology. Something about her gave him a a nostalgic feeling, some things reminded him of Maria. She was blind and looked frail, young and slim like the girl he grew up with. Her hair was wavy like Maria's as well, and she had the same kind-hearted feeling that she had as well. These things seem so similar, yet they were completely different people. One thing about her always peaked his curiosity though and that was why her other eye was always covered since he can recall never seeing it. Not wanting to pry he always avoided the question assuming it may be a scar that could trigger bad memories.

"Shadow." Sansy says pulling him out of his train of thought. They had just arrived at GUN again and at this point, pretty much everyone knew Sansy and had taken a slight liking to her, but not by much. Shadow started his way inside, grabbing Sansy's hand out of a force of habit and they made their way inside. Since Sansy couldn't see and Shadow didn't want her  alone where Valerie could do anymore damage, he would take her into the debriefing room.

"Those readings from a while ago have disappeared, but they seem to come back every now and then so I'll be sure to keep you posted. For now, you have a mission and this one requires a technician as you will need to restore the main power grid and get the system up and working again to extract some information."

With that Shadow and Sansy both left the scene, waiting for them was a team readying their departure. They climbed in the helicopter and headed to their destination which took quite a while. Sansy sat there bored with nothing to do so she laid on Shadow and rested which didn't bother him at this point. Upon their arrival, the scene seemed to be very quiet which only made Shadow proceed with precaution making sure Sansy was close by to ensure she was safe. Once they and the team of technicians reached the core floor, they began working on the power grid which in most cases would take about 4-5 hours so they sent six people.

"I can hear my echo. This place is huge." Sansy says chuckling and Shadow smirked at her as though she was a child excited to be in a canyon. She twirled in circles, stumbling over rubble every couple of steps.

"Try to keep quiet in case any enemies are around, and be careful." Shadow says to Sansy and she does just that and decides to entertain herself with tapping instead.

"These things just won't work, I think they're down for the count." One of the technicians says which meant bad news for GUN. This facility had some files that we need back at the base, but during a raid the place was ransacked and bombed.

"It's perfectly fine." Sansy says looking over at the power grid and they all look at her as she stares at it. "Yeah, perfectly fine." She says walking over to machine and touching the wires of it. "I see." Sansy adds reaching in further behind the wires, de-tangling and re-enabling them which allowed the machine to kick on a beautiful light blue before the grid turns red.

"Oh no, it's corrupted. We'll have to contact the head about this." They say letting out a sigh of defeat. They pack up their equipment and prepare to leave.

"Let's go Sansy." Shadow says walking with the other technicians unaware that Sansy was still tinkering with the machine. She let out a deep breath before closing her eyes.

"Code Set: Data Enhancer." Sansy says as their pupils glow, one containing the number one and the other containing a zero with black scleras. She places her hand on the power grid and slowly it turned from red to a teal blue once again. Once she finishes, she starts towards the others. Her head becomes fuzzy and there is a ringing in her ears before she finally collapses as the sound of running footsteps faintly echoed.

"Sansy?!" Shadow yells catching her just before she hits the ground, her hair slides off her face revealing not a single mark or blemish on her. He picks her up and looks at the power grid in awe as it powered the place once again. The technicians ran back to see the place firing up and looked down at Sansy.

"What did she do?" One of them asks as she lies motionless in Shadows arms. "Well, looks like we'll have to change the report now."

"But we'll need to get her statement since she is the one that got the grid up and working again. I mean we can't just brush that off, after all, no one has ever gotten a burned grid back online until now." They say and Shadow walks off, the technicians follow behind him and they make their way back to the main facility. Upon arrival, Shadow carried Sansy through the room only to see Valerie glaring at Sansy as he entered the debriefing room.

"Sir, we managed to fix the power grid. However it was burned." One the technicians explain and the director slams his hand on the desk out of frustration. "But somehow, she managed to get the grid to come online once again. She fixed the burned grid sir, but we don't know how she did it."

"Question her immediately once she awakens from her slumber." The director says as Shadow looks down at how peaceful she appears when sleeping. "For now, get people to that facility pronto."

"Yes sir." They all left the debriefing room and Shadow was heading out the door only to be stopped by Valerie.

"Hey Shadow, how did the mission go?" She asks trying to get his attention away from Sansy. "Looks like she took a hit."

"The mission was successful, now if you will excuse me, I need to get her home so she can sleep. The director wants answers from her." He says cutting the conversation short and walking past her. She clicks her tongue as she watches him leave without another word. Shadow arrived and quickly tucked Sansy in the bed which clearly showed he was worried about her. It had been so long since someone had gotten close to him, but being around just brought back the nostalgic feeling. He sat by the bed until she had awaken near dawn and that's when he let out a sigh of relief as she slowly sat up.

"I totally overdid it." She says nonchalantly unaware that Shadow was in the room with her.

"What exactly did you overdo?" Shadow questions her and she jolts backwards causing her to hit her head on the wall.

"Fixing the power grid." She says in a slight whiny tone as she rubs her head and Shadow sits on the bed next to her.

"Sansy." He says placing his hand on her shoulder. "Don't overwork yourself when you don't have to."
