Dear person, who picked up this book.
There's a story you need to know.
This story, is the story of 6 teenagers- disturbed, maniacal and special teenagers.
It may seem crazy, but whatever i tell you is true.
It all started one starry night, which was anything but normal. In fact, i could have sworn it was magical--
I looked out of the window, gazing at the frosted trees, the gentle glow of the lights on the streets below. The cold air swept against my cheek. Everyone else was asleep, but i couldn't. I would be lying if i said i noticed something was different, a hint of danger perhaps.
I pulled the white sheets up to my chin and leaned in closer to the window slowly with the soft lullaby of the snoring children beside me, I dozed off into a deep sleep.
That was my first mistake.
I was back in that same dark room where my parents burnt to death. The roof was crumbling to ashes and i could hear the muffled sobbing of a woman, and a man reassuring her. The room had an ethereal feel and a soft golden glow warmed my face, but it wasn't a vicious, devouring type of fire, it was a soft gentle fire simply filling the house with fumes. I woke up with a jolt as the smoke and the melancholy from the dream started suffocated me.
But wait--
There was someone else in the room. I could feel someone watching me, or was i just dreaming?
Just when i decided i was out of my mind, a figure emerged from the shadows.
On seeing the hooded figure, I started to scream, but the person swiftly put his gloved hands over my mouth before my scream had even reached the air. His piercing brown eyes hypnotised me for a moment before I knocked his hands off of my face.
"Shush" he whispered. He whispered something else too, but I couldn't quite catch it because i felt myself slipping into sudden and weighty darkness.
