It has been 2 weeks since Maranda started her killings. Turns out, that she can ask the Shinigami for a new Death Note once that one fills up. She also found out that she can tear out pages and use them while at work, that way she doesn't have to carry around the whole thing. She also keeps the extra sheets in a black notebook, a labeled diary to throw people off, that way if she is writing in it, and people don't have any suspensions. She has gone through 1 and a half notebooks, just writing names and tearing out pages.

People die by gunfire from police or other people owning guns, some people were involved in car accidents, somewhere hit by cars, somewhere killed by animals, disease, and even food poisoning. It all seemed like little tinny accidents, but in reality, it was all the work of Sapphire.

She is currently at her home, writing down names in her Death Note. She in her bedroom, looking at the computer screen to look at criminals all across the world, she was using a web browser that doesn't track her search history. She has some pulled up for her current location, Japan, some for the United States, China, Russia, Germany, France, and many more.

"Well, I certainly put in a lot of names," Maranda said looking in the notebook, looking at all the names she wrote down. She had a name for one of every 3 lines due to details. She was surprisingly happy with her work. Some people might see it as weird or unacceptable to be killing so many people.

"So, how long do you think this will take?" Asked Fugasha.

"Don't know, but a long time, especially if I want the same effect that Light did. I am hoping by 2022 that I would have at least dropped the crime rate by 70%." She said as she glanced up at her computer. She noticed that there was a new notification.
"That's kind of a big goal if you ask me." She said as Maranda looked at the notification.

She opened it up, to see her friend has text from her friend who made the Kira website. Her friend, Melody, was informing her to look on the tv. She ran to the living room.
"Hey, where are you going? What's going on?" Asked Fugasha asked as Maranda ran.
Maranda quickly found the remote and turned on the TV. She sat down, and it was a message from N, the replacement of L. What could N want?

"Hello everyone, I am N." After that was said, a man popped into view of the camera. There was a name, Jamie W Newman, just what Maranda needs. The man on the screen has a pair of brown square glasses on, pale skin, brown eyes, and brunette hair in a spiky hair cut. He also wore a white button-down long sleeve shirt, and also a navy blue sports coat. "I have come on to let everyone know, all at the same time, that I will be doing the searching for whoever is the new Kira, or the Kira impersonator. So far they have managed to kill over 30 criminals. This needs to be stopped, and this is..." Before he could finish, he had a heart attack and died. Then, a new message came in, there was only an N on the screen. "Well, Kira, it appears I have found you. I had that broadcast in Japan, and that is enough to start looking. You basically asked to be found in Japan, it was a dead give away. I figured it would be Japan, considering that 30 other people died the exact same way, in Japan alone. I look forward to going to our competition, Kira. I hope you will be just as hard as the last one."The broadcast ended and went back to the channel that was playing originally.

"Did you do that, Fugasha?" Asked Maranda.
"Nope, if it were me, then I would be dead. And I know it wasn't you because you're nowhere close to the Death Note, or any of its pages." Fugasha replied.
"Is there a possibility that someone else got a Death Note?" Miranda asked, kind of thinking about it out loud.
"Well yeah, that is a possibility, especially considering that there are a lot of Shinigami, and some of them, could give out Death Notes when they get to Earth." Said Fugasha in response.
"Well, that wasn't smart on the user on their end." Said Maranda.
"Oh, what makes you say that? You also could have used the Death Note to kill him." Said Fugasha.
"Well, we obviously heard him say that this program was in Japan, and that was a dead give away to the other Kira's location." Said Maranda, explaining what she noticed.
"Now that you mention it, I did think it was off that they would have it only cast in Japan." Said Fugasha, while thinking about it.
"Exactly, and in the end, it was a heart attack, now they also know that there is also a second Kira. By now they might have noticed that the new Kira kills and makes it look like an accident, so they would have come to the conclusion that there is another Kira." Said Maranda.
"Well, that seems good, especially when they don't know your location, that they start on the wrong track finding you." Said Fugasha.
"Remember, we are also in Japan. Although, it does make you question who it is." Said Maranda.
"Hugh... It kinda does." Fugasha had nothing else to say, neither did Maranda. Miranda decided to keep writing names down, while Fugasha thought about it more. "Oh, and let's also not forget the fact that they said 30 other people died the exact same way. It obviously wasn't you, because you make so many details that it looks like a true accident." Said Fugasha.
"That may be true, but eventually, they might catch on as to how many accidents occur, and how many criminals are killed by the accident." Said Maranda.
"Well, until that happens, your safe for now." Said Fugasha
Miranda said nothing but smiled. She continued writing names down.

Meanwhile, in Okayama Japan, Yuki was at her home when she received the exact same message from N. She wrote down his name and watched as he died, the same message appeared. Yuki was watching.
"Well, I guess that is an oops on your part." Said Ryuk.
Yuki threw the Death Note across the room, it broke some pottery that she owned. "God Damn It! I should have known that would have been a trap! Had that been me, I would have done the exact same thing I can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for that!" Said Yuki shouting.
"Hey! Be careful with it, just because I lent ownership to you, doesn't make it entirely yours." Said Ryuk, scolding her.
"There is only one option left. I need to go back to Saphirea. No, if I do, it might look suspicious, especially when it is basically the same week. Maybe I need to wait for about 6 weeks. But then it might be too late... I need a plan." Said Yuki. She looked at Ryuk.
"Hey, don't look at me, this is only entertainment for me. I don't know your world as much as you." Said Ryuk, kinda pointing out the one obvious that Yuki seemed to miss.
"Well, you got me there." Said Yuki, while trying to calm down.
"Hey, out of all the time I have known you, you actually never used conjunctions whenever you talk, yet you did when you were mad." Said Ryuk.
"Well, that is how Saphirean culture works, it is considered improper speech to do that in Saphirea. If you do, it is considered rude and makes people think that you are mad." Said Yuki.
"Oh? Why would culture want to do that?" Asked Ryuk?
"Well, its mostly because of the Great Millennial war. During the Millennial war, people used conjunctions on the battlefield. This, in turn, caused them to look mad because a majority of Saphireans were mad in the war, that or sacred." Said Yuki. "It was the longest war in history and was the main cause of Saphirea's advancement. But let's not focus on that. My priority is the death note. I need to keep writing names in it, and I need to kill whoever gets in my way, including N, whoever they are."
