chapter twelve

she walked up the stairs and into her room to see...

now:

jackie's pov:

when i saw the tall dark figure next to my bed, in the back of my mind i hoped it would be alejandro. what the hell is wrong with you jackie, literally, you don't like alejandro. or maybe you do. i mean he does have the most perfect smile ever, his dimples are the cutest. his whole face is just ugh- that's it im killing myself. but no instead of alejandro it was chase.

third person pov:

when jackie steps into the room, chase immediately turns around and faces her. he stares at her for a good five seconds then runs up to her and swoops her into a big hug before she could even process what was going on.

chase: jackie i missed you so much.
he said while still hugging her.

she quickly pulled away.

jackie: oh uh i missed you too, it's only been like two days lol.

chase: that's too long, he said this with a small frown on his face, jackie thought he was acting strange.

jackie: um, so i have a few questions.

she went into her closet and put on an old baby blue crop top and some grey sweatpants, while chase was laying on her bed on his phone.

chase: go ahead, ask away.

jackie: okay, first how did you get in here, second, how long are you staying for and third where are you gonna stay , she said while plopping down on her bed, a wide distance away from chase.

chase: jeez want me to go already, and your parents let me in, im staying for a week and a half, and lastly your parents said i was able to stay here in one of the guest rooms, of course only if that's okay with you. he said while moving closer to jackie.

jackie: oh um yea sure it's perfectly fine. she got a little uncomfortable with his actions, but just stayed there not wanting to move.

jackie's phone started ringing.

kairi: hey baby, as soon as chase heard this he sat up on the bed scooting closer to see who jackie was on the phone with.

jackie: aw hi cutie.

chase's pov:

wtf, who the fuck is she talking to and why is she talking to him like that, i can't believe she hasn't notice that i literally have the biggest crush on her ever. i was planning on surprising her here then confessing my feelings towards her...

jackie's pov:

ugh i hope kairi doesn't get mad that chase is here...i didn't invite nor want him to come.
