A New Way

NightFall, Begin...

Lotte's POV

    Nightfall. The most amazing series in the world! Spanning more than 300+ books. You could call it a fantasy or something of an obsession. Though of course nothing could sway me otherwise. I don't have to go check out every single copy in the library I just want to. So of course that's why today I'm on my way to Luna Nova's Main Library. Sucy of course tagged along in order to find some new books. One I believe called 'Poisons In Potions' the other 'The Magical Historic Erasure Of The Mighty Manbavaran' the last one rings a bell for some reason. Wait Sucy said something about having a "Sudden" hunch. Hold on Sucy... Sucy Man.... Sucy Manbav-

    "Lotte! Hello!?" Sucy shouts at me clearly annoyed. Startled I almost leap out of my skin. In reality though, I fall mid jump losing my balance and tumbling in to a large hard oak bookshelf labeled 'The Theory Of Magical Flight'. That's not the only thing I hit though. The bookshelf tumbles backwards causing multiple other bookshelves to tumble over leaving strewn books in their wake. I on the other hand sail over the falling shelves into the very well named rubbish bin.

    "Nyeheheh... Wow Lotte this is an all new low or should I say this is all new rubbish coming from you! Eheheheh, you... looked pretty deep in thought you okay?" Sucy mocks me grinning with sharp shark like teeth.

"Haha very funny now help me out please?" I ask politely. I clearly look like a mess, I can see stains on my white sleeves and some paper is stuck in my hair. I feel rather filthy. I try to get up but I slip on a loose paper back book 'Issue 13 of Star Stricken' apparently.

"All right fine," Sucy resigns extending a hand towards me, "But you owe me some new potions ingredients your the one who wrecked this library section anyway, so let's get to cleaning up,

"Fine," I say grabbing Sucy's hand and standing up warily. I look around at the decimation I caused. Ergh.... the librarians going to kill me.

Sucy's POV

    Hahahahaha man... Lotte's hilarious! Hehe now I wonder what potion could clean up this mess quickly? After all I promised I'd help out. Eh whatever for now I'll just use a basic herbal object time reverser. I stick a hand in my robe pulling out a small glass vial with a greenish teal liquid inside. Pouring that liquid unto the fallen shelves. Immediately the shelves float back into place as well as the books and articles. 

    That leaves cleaning up the garbage to Lotte. Alright now the library's mostly cleaned up. Well not exactly "The Library" this is the old one no one uses anymore we were taking a short cut through it to get to the new one. This one's old and dusty. Every 2 months or so the librarian comes to check it. So it's all kinds of creepy and cobweb filled. Which is amazing.

    "Hey, can you handle the garbage yourself Lotte?" I ask half enthusiastic for this is almost as bad as one of Akko's messes at least on the lower scale. I get no response. I lean in close to Lotte's face "Hey, I said can you handle the garbage yourself?" I say louder than before. Staring directly into Lotte's blue eyes. Then well y'see something I wasn't expecting happens.

    "Eeeyagh!!" Screams Lotte her head rockets upwards hitting mine. We both tumble downwards back on to the library floor. Unfortunately, in a very compromising position. I'm directly on top of Lotte and my face is smushed into hers. Crap. This is making me all hell of nervous. At least there's no one in here but us. I raise my head a little to survey my surroundings.

    The first thing I see however is the madly blushing face of Lotte. I didn't however intend to embarrass her. Shucks.. I didn't think this would happen she must be really embarrassed right now she's red as a  beet. What do I do!?

Hey! Guys just wrote this chapter watching lord of the rings it gave me a lot of inspiration! I don't know why though. Also I'm open to input. I want some opinions on my newly improved Writing Style. Comment and tell me about it! 😁
