THERE WASN'T A DAY WHEN LOTTIE VANAHEIM WASN'T SMILING. her positivity and energetic soul brightened every room she came across. her loving soul was the cherry a top her perfect life. and her empathy was the curse. charlotte's family was of a high prestige among wizards everywhere. not only did they have the longest line of pureblooded witches and wizards, their power ranged far out of london and even dated back to ancient history where they are rumored to be heir of a hogwarts house. this status however, never fit the description most people had in their minds of the youngest vanaheim woman.
lottie's mother always wanted what was 'best' for her children, and that included getting them to continue their lifeline of pure bloods by marrying someone of similar status. although the blacks weren't their first choice, their high profile among wizards of the community could further push the vanaheim's agenda for more power. they'd never achieve that power the same way the black's did, but they respected the family and allowed their oldest to marry their first born as well.
sirius black and josephine vanaheim were meant to be together—well, until sirius decided to betray his family and run away from his 'destiny'. then it was for jo to marry the youngest black child, till sirius' influence suddenly stopped the big day as josephine rejected the wedding, despite many uproars, and made the final decision to follow in her ex-lovers footsteps and abandon an old family tradition.
