Hearing an explosion stopped me attending to the little crying boy, resting my hand on his shoulder as I brought his emotions to a calm state.
Assessing the situation, what appeared to look like a villain but was actually a hero (Gang Orca) broke the wall of the arena coming through with a heard of other 'villains' "Tell me, wannabe heroes. Can you rescue people and fight at the same time."
"That's Gang Orca!" Izuku gaped, making me sigh he needs to focus. The child clung onto my leg. Resting my hand on his head stroking he's hair with a small smile and giving him a reassurance 'it's going to be okay, stay with the medical pro heroes' giving him to a girl from another class.
"The terrorist have appeared and are beginning to sweep the area. Hero candidates at the scene should continue their rescue efforts while also suppressing the newly arrived villains." Bla bla bla, moving forwards, body lighting up.
"Now. How will you react? Will you fight or protect? Help, or run away? What would a hero do?" Gang Orca stalked forwards while his goons were running towards the damaged city.
"Get everyone to safety!" Izuku yelled
"Guys! Medical quirks stay with the citizens and move them. Telekinesis and moving quirks help those who can't move, use your quirk accordingly to the injury." I yelled back to the group as well but my eyes went on Shindo. "What are you doing?"
"Do it, get them as far away from the villains as possible." He yelled at me and Izuku.
"I'll help!" I looked at Izuku as who nodded hesitantly before he went to help the others. I began to run forwards towards him. Idiot
"I'll start hammering away at the henchmen at one second intervals." As he did this the ground broke underneath the villains. "You weren't expecting that." He snuggly said. However, he failed to noticed Gang Orca was now in front of him.
"Nice try." His head sending a ultrasonic wave to Shindo making his body paralysed, as he fell back; I grasped onto Shindo jacket yanking him backwards harshly, a light portal opened as his body fell into it limply, while my other hand projecting solidified light; hitting the ultrasonic blast coming towards me. it knocking me backwards but I gained my footing. "Using a single rear guard to hold us back! and one back-up? You've underestimated me."
"Not exactly, while you was distracted. I took a speedy detour." I pointed out body glowing, Gang Orca glanced back realising my action. While he was focusing on Shindo's attack. I sped around the group in a curve, a light solidification shield was now blocking a majority from entering any further.
"Smart. But was it wise to take me on head first?" His head came forwards another blast coming my way, my hands raising as light trickled out my finger tips but the blast met ice.
