And now that I'm without your kisses

Katsuki played with his fingers, Waiting for the doctor. He hoped that Midoriya, would come out of this okay, hopefully not minding getting the surgery.

The doctor came out, " The Surgery was a success, But the young boy will be asleep for the rest of the day, it's surprising he got through this... it was pretty bad, when did he get it?" 

The blonde looked down at his hands, " I'd say... Three days ago?" he remembered it had started after the day he yelled at Midoriya. The doctor nodded, " Whoever he had a crush on, he must've had big feelings for them, I wonder if he'll remember them?" Katsuki nodded, " I hope he does remember them..." 

He got up and went into the room that Midoriya had been put in, he sighed and sat in a chair next to the bed, " You were so persistent to get rid of those flowers through love weren't you... I hope whoever you loved, You remember them... I know that I was terrible to you... But seeing you like this isn't that great... I'm... I'm sorry." Katsuki looked at the boy in the hospital bed, " I hope I can make up for it..." he whispered, before getting up and leaving the room. 

Throughout the 3 days that Midoriya was in the hospital, Katsuki didn't visit him, he couldn't bring himself too. 'I'll just talk to him after he gets out.' Was his excuse.

Now Izuku Midoriya was out of the hospital, ready to attend to his classes again, Katsuki saw his green curls from a distance and felt happiness seeing them again, "Izuku!" He called out, running up to the greenette, " How are you feeling Nerd?" He flinched when Midoriya looked up at him, confusion in his eyes.

"I'm sorry...." Katsuki wanted to cover his ears

It couldn't have been him

He was really, to blind to see

" Who are you?" 

Midoriya had lied when he had said that Katsuki wasn't the one.

Katsuki backed away from the Greenette, feeling all the negative emotions, "Y-You.... You god damn idiot...." He said, looking away 

Midoriya just looked at him for a moment, then just nodded, "Sorry You must've gotten the wrong person!" he said, walking away, leaving Katsuki.

What an idiot, they both had been

Somewhere in the future

Katsuki sighed as he opened the door to his house, A big dog ran up to him and jumped on him, " Augh! Alright Alright! I missed you too Deku! Just Get Off Me!" The big dog licked his face, his tail wagging like crazy

It had been quite a while since UA, Katsuki was living on his own with a large dog. He was happy for Midoriya though, the greenette had become No.1 hero, and was about to get married to Ochako. He let out a long sigh, Making his dog look at him, " You know Deku.... It's hard knowing that you could've fixed something..." Katsuki said, walking to the living room. Deku followed him, and waited till Katsuki sat down before jumping on the couch and laying down next to him. "Hah... I can't even bear to go to that wedding... Even though Me and Izuku are good friends again... I'm the only one who remembers the past.... And it really hurts." Deku put his head on Katsuki's lap as the blonde looked up at the ceiling. The blonde smiled sadly, stroking the dogs back

" Thanks for being there for me Deku..."

( A/N: Y e s, Katsuki named his dog after the nickname he gave Izuku. And that's the end of this story :,) 

The last quote can be directed to both the dog and Izuku, both of them were there for Katsuki. You can pick, whichever Deku he was directing that to ^^
