it all started in the bahamas

Finally. I can finally get up and stretch. It had been a long flight. I nudge my best friend awake letting her know that we are finally here.
"Let's go loser" I tell her while grabbing my bag.
"I'm coming. I'm coming"

As we walked to the baggage claim all I could do was dance and cheer. I've been waiting for this trip. Since my freshman year in highschool. I'm a senior now and it's spring break. My bestfriend Lexi and I got our parents to agree years back that we could go on this trip alone together since we would both be 18.

"Cmon dipshit our uber is here" I yelled to Lexi as I picked up my bags walking outside to greet our driver.
Lexi ran up after me putting her bags in the trunk and getting in the car. "We are going straight to the jacuzzi once we get there" Lexi whispered in my ear. "Hell yeah" I said back.
It was about 7:30 at night, we wanted to start this vacation as soon as we could.

We got our room keys and grabbed all our luggage heading for our room. "Shit this place is amazing!" Lexi yelled looking at the fancy tables and the restaurant out on the beach. "Lucky us, we have a beach-front balcony!" I told her as we opened the door to our room.

20 minutes later we were relaxing in the jacuzzi on the sixth floor. Just as I turned to say something to Lexi, a pair of icy blue ices caught my eye. I didn't know who she was but damn she was gorgeous. She was walking along side a tall brown haired guy. They both walked over to the jacuzzi and got in.

"Ah damn" the silver haired girl exclaimed. I tried not to stare at her but it was hard not too. "Take a picture it'll last longer" she said with a smirk on her face. "Uh I- sorry" is all that could come from my mouth. "Dont worry about it.. what's your guys names?" she asked looking at Lexi and i. "I'm Skylar and this is Lexi."
"Damn. I'm billie and this is my brother Finneas" she said looking straight into my eyes. "What are you guys doing here in the Bahamas?" Finneas asked us. "Uh it's our spring break." I told them. "Why are you guys here?" I asked back. "Some dumb family vacation shit" Billie mumbled back. "Not gonna lie this place is fucking gorgeous" Billie said looking out at the ocean. "Like you" I whispered to myself. Lexi looked over at me with wide eyes. She must've heard what I said. I looked up at Billie to see if she heard me. She was looking down with a clear smirk...blushing?
