Season Song

Winds change as leaves begin to fall.
The hurricane I feel, is one to beat them all,
Trees blow in the breeze, up and beyond
So i sit in the leaves and sing the seasons song.

The stars in the sky are scattered, so cute
The leaves are dusted around as the forest turns mute.
The animals prance but some begin to long,
For me to carry on and sing the seasons song

As I sing, the butterflies begin to flutter
They flap and glide, dancing with each other.
The birds chirp and chatter, feeling like they belong,
As i smile and start to finish my little seasons song

But Winter carries on and the nights begin to get cold,
The animals huddle for warmth, starting to get old.
The flowers are dead, the birds are crying all day long,
As i take my last breath and die for my seasons song.
