The Surprise

Can I open my eyes now? Iris was seated on the couch, covering her eyes with her hands. Just a minute. She could hear her boyfriend Barry say. She then felt something on her lap.

Okay... You can open your eyes now. Barry said enthusiastically. She opened her eyes to find an adorable little Golden Retriever puppy on her lap. Iris was flabbergasted, she didn't know what to say. She had her hands on her mouth before getting up to hug Barry. I don't know what to say... Thank you babe. Iris kissed him. Look at him, he's perfect. Iris beamed as they watched the puppy on the couch. The perfect gift for the perfect girl. Barry smiled.

That night, Barry had placed the pup in its dog sleeping basket, then he placed some newspaper on the floor before going up to bed. Iris felt something soft and wet on her cheek. She opened her eyes to find Max their puppy licking her on the bed. Max, you can't sleep here. Barry took the puppy back to its bed, but it just followed him again. Okay, just for tonight. Barry smiled as he placed the puppy in the middle of him and Iris.

Barry and Iris loved their new puppy. They would walk it almost everyday, they would give it baths in their bathtub, and they would even bring it to Star labs with them.

When the puppy got older, and became an adult. Cisco had created an antidote with some dark matter and some chemicals in it. He said he had an idea and wanted to make a super dog for Barry. After the dog drank the antidote, it started running super fast. It worked! Yo it worked! Cisco said excitedly.

From now on, When Barry would go on missions to stop metahumans, his dog Max would go with him. Cisco even made him a mini flash suit. They had the same powers, so together they would protect the city and stop the villains.
