Being rescued didn't seem to be going very well. By now I had learned not to expect anything to work out. At least I learned my guardian's name though, it's Raphaela meaning "God Heals". Yea, all this is sorta insanely mental but it's my life now and i've got to go with it. I've got my parents back and i'm ok with all this as long as they are by my side. Now back to the part where we were caught trying to escape.....

My dad glared daggers at Spade. "How nice to finally meet you, Gluttony." He growls with heavy sarcasm.

"Oh, how wonderful. I'm glad you could join us. By the way, did you tell your son about how you dishonored and failed to keep the laws of heaven? Because i'm sure he would love to know about your betrayal! Hahaha!" He said through an extremely wide, devilish, toothy grin.

"I-i-i know... it was wrong of me. I regret some of my decisions, but I can't go back and I wouldn't go back. I love my son and i'm going to be the father I should have been all along. If... you would give me another chance son?" He looked at me with hope and longing in his eyes.

Hesitantly, I looked away thinking about all the times he wasn't there for me, like when I was being abused and tormented, or when I almost died twice, or when my sister died. I still wasn't sure if I was ready to have another person in my life that I had a chance of losing. I looked back toward him.

"I need some time to think." Then realization hit me "WE STILL NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!!".

All of a sudden huge chains of crackling, dark energy hit my dad and my guardian from all sides and grappled them to the ground. They both cried out in pain as the chains tightened and their pulse grew brighter by the second.

"To. Late." He grins maliciously. "You talk way too much. It gave me enough time to call for reinforcements."

"DAD! Raphaela! SPADE, LET THEM GO." I shout at him.

"Hah! in you dreams kid.Oh and look at that, I have an extra set of chains. JUST FOR YOU. HAHAHA" He laughs maniacally. "Get him." He frowns.

I immediately feel lumpy chains surround me and compact my body. Dark lightning surges it's shocking pain through my veins and taking all my breath. I try to fight, but the chains just get tighter and more constrictive until I can't breath at all. My mind starts shutting down and I feel like I'm drowning into the night as I drift through the black abyss of my mind. No dreams blossomed in my mind this time, just a back abyss and the feeling of being alone.

****************

Darkness faded and gave way to a subtle purple glow as I awoke. I squinted into the dark purple and blood red environment around me. The cage around me had blood smeared on the sides and bloody bones strewn around the cell. Above my head was some type of unholy creature with a glowing, purple, appendage sticking out of it's third eyeball. Besides the eyes all over it's body, it looked like a cat. A REALLY weird cat. It looked at me as if trying to understand if I was food or not. My guardian didn't appear to be anywhere, so I needed to find a way out by myself. This place was giving me serious goosebumps.
