chapter 3

Furna:
After we left the palace,on our way back to the village, l was thinking about what we discussed with the king earlier. I'm afraid to send my daughter there,though I know she's not alone her friend Arabella will be there and other teenagers from the village.

Grandpa why will the king send us to xania it's not time for the event yet,waiting for a reply but non she puff out the breath that she was holding and it raise the hair that's covering her forehead, frustrated she quickly ran to her room and lock the door.

The old man is so worried by his granddaughter outburst and the reason he didn't tell her anything it's because he's worried himself, she's  his only family now and he's very old but because of the magic in their blood line he doesn't look old as his age.

He See's her fear,the event is too risky but they have to go before malisha win over them,I will try and make ara understand the reason they have to go to xania.

After locking the door,I site on my bed thinking what will happens if I live grandpa the only family I have known,I'm afraid but I don't want to make him worried, so I have to be strongggg my eye are closing I don't want to sleep yet I have to think of what to do tomorrow she drift off.

I hear birds chipping on the window I guest it's morning already, I lazily open my eye and inhaling sweet aroma of delicious cookies, jumping out of bed immediately my mouth Begin to water with each step I take when I reach the kitchen grandpa is not there, what happened yesterday started playing on my mind I should apologize to grandpa ,he's not like that before I should have given him time to explain I'm such a grandchild.

Ara Darling are you blaming your self again .

noo and yes grandapa I'm sorry.

because you are completely zone out ,I have been calling your name.

It's OK Ara I understand your actions you don't have to be sorry now I have made you your favorite cookies ,hear sit down eat your cookies while I tell you about the reasons you have to go to xania.

I sat down eating cookies and he started telling me from what they discussed with the king to the decision they make, they are going to organized a competition between teenagers in the village those who win are to go to xania with us ,by "us" I mean me and Tania oh I've Miss her so much it's been two days already since we last saw each other.

We are not part of the competition because the king says we have to be among the six teenagers that are to go to xania now remaining four participants. But if you bear with me a little long in this story,you will understand why the king choose us before the competition.
