Bear:

(Disclaimer: I can't spell...)

The very first time we met was at our older sister's choir concert. We didn't really talk to each other, but I did tell Cat she was good at balancing books on her head. (She was really bored...) A little while after she came over to my house. That was where The Floating Teacup and the Ghost in the Closet became things. We talked (It was awkward at first...), drew a bunch of random things, and got used to each other. Our older sisters had forced us together, wanting us to be friends. Now I am glad they did.

Cat:

I walked into Bear's room and immediately got a Little Mermaid vibe.  The walls were painted a pretty blue color, and the curtains were white and somewhat pretty. It was somewhat cluttered, but somehow still amazingly organized. Me and Bear's older sisters (Elephant & Camel) were close friends, and for some reason they decided we needed to be friends. It was like a blind date, but not a date.  "Hi" I said awkwardly. "Hey" she answered just as awkwardly. I looked around and found a few cute little china pieces. "Why do you have china in your bedroom?" "It was a gift." "Is there supposed to be wall gum in it?" "That was for something else." I put a piece on one of the cups and stuck it to the door. "It's floating!"I exclaimed. "Its a Floating Teacup!" we broke into overdramatic and awkward laughs.  Then I walked over to the closet. It had glass mirror doors, and Bear had written all over them in Dry Erase marker. "This is a cool idea." "Thanks." She slid the door open and showed me what was inside. Just like the rest of the room, it was organized and chic. I sat down where she couldn't see me, and slid the door closed. "There's a ghost in your closet!" I said sliding the door open and crawling out. Again we laughed too hard just trying to make light of the fact that we didn't know each other. Now, The Floating Teacup and the Ghost In the Closet are married with a little girl named Lily who is not only a floating teacup, but also invisible when she chooses to be.
