Bonus Chapter

"Kane your face"

Kane's face was.. well he had no face.
His eyes were gone as well as his nose and mouth and his body was almost transparent.

I stared at the man I had spent a week, awake, with. 

"Why'd you do it Sam" My heart drops and my hands start to shake, my legs couldn't support me anymore as I slid down the wall, my knees to my chest.

Kane started to mumble words I couldn't hear and didn't care for as I was too afraid to even look in his direction, I put my face in between my legs and started to cry.

I was sobbing so loud I didn't hear the mumbling stop, I froze as I felt someone..Breathing on me.

He had to be right there, I slowly look up and nothing, nobody was there but my room was pitch black before I could see but now, nothing just darkness.

I heard something running next to me, but the sound didn't come from the ground it came from.. Above me.

Shaking more profusely now, tears streaming down my face "What do you want" I choke out.

"Revenge" He growls now right next to me

Pain shot through my arm as he grabbed me and ripped me off the floor, his other hand gripping my neck.

I tried to scream but nothing came out, I couldn't breathe, I couldn't see and I couldn't talk.

I close my eyes accepting that this is how my life ends, the car should have killed me anyway.

Kane keeps chanting over and over again "Revenge" but everything starts to fade as his grip around my neck tightens. 

Just as I start to go unconscious my eyes shoot open, and i'm laying in my bed again.

I sit up scared and I look to my window but nobody was there, just the orange glow of the sun setting. 

I check the time and it was only 6 o'clock, I had slept for an hour.

I can hear Kane in the kitchen, messing around with pots.

I get up out of bed and go to my bathroom to wash my face with some cold water but instead I just stared at myself in shock.

I trace the dark bruise that covers my neck.

"Sam?" I turn to face Kane shock replacing his concerned look.

He takes a step towards but but I back away scared.

He looks at me, hurt "Sam what happened to you?"
