The people of Kias are people who strayed away from the kingdoms and are turned against the two kingdoms. They are mostly people who want nothing more than bloodshed and chaos or just want revenge on the kingdoms.
Most people are assassins, hunters, spies or people of that nature and will do jobs. Sometimes they might be useful to the kingdoms as a way to get advantages over the others.
The people of Kias are settled in a land away from the kingdoms known as Exks. It has everything the people of Kias need and want including a shorter way to get to Feradin and Adyssi.
