A soul devoured itself inside,
To prevent the enemies of tearing it apart.A spirit so livid,
Shared a smile that lit the world,
To whom never knew,
What sorrow imprisoned to be told.A pair of eyes,
Glistened with love,
Or a tint of pain.
Who knew what those tears held of emotion. That's how we revolve the past around,
The tears shed,
Rather than the smiles shared.
The hurt caused,
Rather than the laughs spread.
In a never ending image that froze time,
To a moment
To remember,
As that time we were happy.
