chapter 57: kisses and dinner reservations 

Nini pov

Here we were laying in my bed, looking up at the ceiling above us. I snuggles closer to Ricky chest as he played with a strand of my hair, "it wasn't his fault you know" I said as I held onto his hoodie, I took in a breath. That feeling you get when your with that one person you know you wanna spend the rest of your life with. I felt that right now, right here. "I don't care if it was an accident, he still hurt you" Ricky says as I listened to his heart beat through his chest, moments like this make me just wanna never leave; to stay and relive this moment and every other moment with him over and over again.

"I would never let anyone hurt you" he whispers as he held my chin and pulled it up so I was now staring into his brown eyes. "I know" I whispered back before closing my eyes, feeling at peace well that was until my mom carol barged into the room. "Come on guys we have dinner reservations" she tells us as she walks out the door, I let out a giggle before sitting up. "Come on freaky callback boy" I said as I jumped off the bed, Ricky begins to laugh as he watches me dance around the room. "AHHH" he yells as he jumps off the bed and tackles me to the ground, "beautiful" he whispers as he pressed kisses all over my face, "stop" I said giggling as he kissed my face all over with sweet little nothings.

"I love you" we both said at the exact same time, which's ended with both us bursting out laughing. "NO I LOVE YOU" I yell as I tickle his sides, he then begin wiggling around. Fun fact Ricky is very ticklish and when I say very I mean really really ticklish. "NO I LOVE YOU" he yells back as he hugged me close to his chest before rolling us over, I left out fits of laughter. Here we were laying on the floor in each other arms, "we gotta get up" I whispered in his ear, as he leaned up looking up at me. "I just wanna stay in this moment with you forever" he whispers as I felt butterflies in my stomach just by the way he was staring at me.

I stood at the bottom of the stairs, I felt this feeling in my chest as I saw Ricky standing there in his tuxedo and as he turned around the air leave my lungs. "Look you" I said eyeing him up and down in no shame whatsoever, "no baby that's all you" he said as he takes me hand before spinning me into a full circle, getting a good look at me. "You two look beautiful" my mom carol tells us as she walks down the staircase all dressed up. "You look beautiful momma" I said looking at her black dress that she borrowed from my other mom Dana. "Oh my god" I hear someone say from behind us, I turned around to see Dana my second mom standing there with shock on her face. Both of my moms look at each other, ( proud ).

The car ride was long but I don't mind, it meant that I get to lay my head on Ricky chest a little longer. "You look beautiful which is understandable since you always look beautiful" Ricky whispers as he pressed yet another kiss that I loved so much on my forehead. "You look extremely handsome Bowen" I said as I listened to his heart beat quicken up, I have always liked listening to his heart beat, it gave me a sense of peace. I take Rick's hand into mine as if the world was ending was playing on the radio.

"But if the world was ending, you'd come over, right?
You'd come over and you'd stay the night
Would you love me for the hell of it?
All our fears would be irrelevant"

I sung along to the words, while listening to Ricky's  heart beat and watching the building pass by. I absolutely loved this song Ricky once sung it on the piano while we were at rehearsals on break. He said something along the lines of "sing this with me" and then he pulled out a note sheet and I followed his lead.

"If the world was ending, You'd come over right?
The sky'd be falling and I'd hold you tight
And there wouldn't be a reason why
We would even have to say goodbye"

Ricky sung that last lines completely surprising me, I looked up to see he was already staring down at me. "You remembered" I said as I felt the familiar happiness in my chest, "how could I not" he tells me before kissing the tip of my nose. I see the restaurant sign we will be dining at, as we pulled into the parking lot. "Here we are" momma carol says as she parks, and we all started to get out of the car. I see everyone and their parents getting out of their cars, "it's chilly out" Kourtney says as she rubs her hands up and down her arms. "Hello everyone" miss Jen greets us as she and Gina got out of her car. I looked to Gina with confusion "why isn't she here with her mom" I thought to myself as I tugged the coat closer to my body.
