Chapter 2:Alice

After Todd and Conner left the store they got into his car and drove to their home.

Conner look out the window seeing all the trees and houses.

They arrive at the home,as the two got our the car and into the home.

Todd:you've been gone for two weeks so everything is a mess,your job is to do the chores and take care of.....

Todd looks around.

Todd-oh fuck  where is that brat now...ALICE'S !!!!.

Alice came down and sees that her father and Conner returned.

Todd:oh there you are,that's Alice you take care of her.

Conner look down at Alice and smile.

Todd-yea homework  bath and, all that stuff,got it.

Conner-yes Todd.

Todd-get started down here than go get started up stairs.

Alice went up the stairs.

Conner went to the dinning table taking the dirty dishes then to the kitchen and wash the dishes he turned back seeing Alice was there staring at him and then left.

Todd-Conner!!

Conner-yes Todd.

Todd-grab me a cold beer.

Conner open the fridge getting the beer Todd had requested and set it on the coffee table,he then picked up the trash can and collected the trash everywhere in the house,on the coffee table,on the kitchen tables,as soon he was done he took the full trash bag out and put a new one in,he then took the two filled trash bags and went outside and dumped them to the trash bin,he then went back inside,then went to the back door and collected the clothes on the drying strings (lol don't know what's its called) after he collected the clothes Alice came outside also Conner then went inside and put the clothes washer,he glance at something odd,inside the box of detergent which had a  red bag inside of it he took the box and took out what happens to be Red Ice.Conner then turned and Todd was standing right behind him.

Todd grab him by the neck.

Todd: you shouldn't mess around with my stuff,it makes me nervous.

Conner:I'm sorry Todd.

Todd-you stay the fuck out my business,unless you want to piss me off.......

Connor:(gulp)

Todd:want to piss me off.

Connor :no Todd.

Todd let's go of Connor then went back to the living room.

Alice was their watching what's going on,and then left.

Connor then went back to work,starting the washer.

after he was done he went to Alice who was sitting at the window,he knelt down infront of her and gave her a small smile.

Connor:that's a pretty toy what's its name.

Alice didn't reply.

Connor then went to Todd.

Connor:Todd I finished downstairs and now I'll head up stairs.

Todd:do what you had to do and stop bothering me.

Connor nodded and went to the upstairs,he went ot Todds room and cleaned up in their,then to the bathroom and in the shower room,then he goes to Alice's room,when he opens the door Alice looked up and in a panic she went into the little fort.

Connor :I just need to tidy up the room,give me 2 mins is that alright Alice.

Connor looks at the book Alice was reading that said "Alice in wonderland".

Connor:Alice in wonder land of course.

Connor then clean up her bed clean her room.

Alice looked at connor.

After Connor was finished he went to Alice and knelt down to her.

Connor:(smiles softly) I'm sure we used to be friends before I was rebooted,I hope we can be still friends, I know I used to live here but they erase my memory I thought you can help me get my bearings....like a advice that kinda thing.

Alice:.......

Connor:your very quiet I hope I didn't scare you.

Alice:........

Connor:you should tell me about yourself where you like to do, where you like to go,and your favorite foods that will really help me.

Alice:........

Connor:what about your mother will she be home soon.

Alice hesitated and ran out the room,but before she left she gave Connor a key then left.

Connor look at the key then look at the box,and open the box with the key seeing a dry leaf clover and a picture of Alice,her mom and Todd,he put it to the side and see some drawings,he took them it and seeing them was very on concerning,there's a drawing of Alice,next is a drawing of her and Todd,then a drawing of Connor ,Alice and Todd,then the other drawing  looks like Todd grab Connor,and then a drawing of connor on the ground and Alice was there,Connor was very concerned about these drawings and think that Todd did something to him when he was sent away to be fix,thinking he lied about him getting hit by a car,he then put the items back and went down stairs,when he went down stairs he saw Alice at the dining table and Todd walking in the dining room.

Todd:what are you doing.

Alice:I..I'm playing

Todd:your playing......I know what your thinking,you think your dads a low life huh,fucking loser who can't get a job to take care of his family,do you think I tried to make things work.

Todd yelled I anger and flip the table.

Todd:I know what you think of me you hate me don't you.

Todd pick up Alice.

Todd:SAY IT!! SAY THAT YOU HATE ME,YOU HATE ME RIGHT!!.

Todd then put Alice down.

Todd:what am I doing.

Todd then hug Alice,Connor look at them very confused and shock.

Todd:I'm sorry honey ,I'm sorry, you know I love you don't you,you know I love you.

Alice look at Connor,Connor doesn't know what to say about this situation so he stood silent.
