chapter 3:runing away.

It was dark and storming night Connor was preparing dinner for Todd and Alice.

After he was done he goes to Todd,who was sleeping on the couch.

Connor:Todd.

Todd:huh!!!

Todd woke up and pick up had drink on the ground.

Connor:dinner is ready

Todd:yea,yea I'm coming.

Connor grab the plates and set them on the table.as Alice and Todd sat in their seats.

Connor:there wasn't much in the kitchen so I did what I could.

Connor turn on the lights and sat a napkin on Alice's lap,and pour water in the two cups,and stood with his hands behind his back,waiting for an order.

Todd:life's funny,I lost my job because of androids.

Todd:and I need somebody to take care of this goddamn house,what did I do , I got out and hired a fucking android.

Todd:what a joke,androids are so fucking wonderful,they never fail,they're never tired,never sad,they're so fucking perfect,they ruined my fucking life.

Todd then look at Alice.

Todd:what are you looking at?.

Alice:...........

Todd:whats your fucking problem,not the life you dream of eh ?.

Alice:.................

Todd:maybe you think this is easy,maybe it's my fault we live in this fucking shit hole.

Alice:.................

Todd:my fault your fucking mother took off,you should still drinking Todd,sometimes you really scare me Today,fucking bitch took off without saying a word,fucking whore walk out on me for fucking accountants.

Todd was angered and flip the table,walking toward Alice.

Todd:its all your fault!!

Alice:daddy no.....

Alice I backing up on the old chair.

Todd:all your fucking fault!.

Todd slap Alice in the face,and Alice run off to her room,what Connor has seen made him worry for her.

Todd:get back here get back here right now!!....

Todd scream in angered.

Connor was about to walk to where Alice is but Todd stopped him.

Todd:you stay there,don't you dare move or I'll bust you worst than last time.

Todd went to the couch and frustrated.

Don't move

"Don't move" was said in connors processor.but when he moved there was a wall that said "don't move".he push and punch and kicked the wall until it finally broke.he felt something awoken in him like he was in a new world.....and there was a new mission for him.

Protect Alice

Connor went up stairs to Alice's room and opens the door seeing her in her tiny fort.

Todd:ALICE!!! Daddy is very mad!.

Connor heard Todd and shut the door.

Alice:he's coming,He's gonna hurt me,run run away ,He's gonna break you like last time.

Connor goes to the door and locks it,then Alice went behind him.

Connor:I have to find something.

Connor opens the window.

Alice:no Connor will fall.

Connor:its the only way come on hurry.

Connor picked up Alice out the window before he gets out with her before he does he grabs her favorite stuff animal.Todd breaks down the door seeing Connor at the window with Alice.

Todd:you damned android!...

Connor jump out to the other side of the window but Todd grab his leg trying to pull him inside,but luckily connor manage to get his leg free from his grip and kicked Todd back.when he got out to the other side of the window he grab Alice to the side.

Todd was about to get out the window but connor slid down the drain with alice on his back,he puts her down and grabbed her hand,running away from the house ,and see's the bus coming their way,connor grab Alice's hand and went inside the bus,the two sat down and exhausted,Alice's puts her hand on Connors and leans onto his shoulder and Connors puts his other hand on top of hers,and leans his head on top of hers.

For once in Alice's life she was safe.
