Truth

A bird in a cage,
Sees light and flight.
Unleashed into the sky,
The knot of burning desire grew and grew.

To soar high and mighty,
Into the beautiful horizon,
Without limited space,
Without holding him up.

Soar high and free,
Then just like Cinderella fairytale,
The pitiful reality strikes at midnight.
Waking him up in his devious dream,
Of freedom that will never come.
For he'll be forever clipped and leash in that lonely cage of his.
