Park Jimin, a very young but experience headchef of a self-built sweet shop, which make him is also the owner. Everyone who once come to the Little Cake shop, were all amazed by the deliciousness of the sweets and also how nice the headchef/owner is. He always have a smile on his face, greeting every guests whether they are coming in or leaving.

But not all of them know how special this young guy really is. Jimin is both deaf and mute, well, that is what the employees and who ever really get to interact with him said. But that is not all true.

Yes, Jimin is mute, but not deaf. He can't speak but can hear. But why everyone refer him as both? Because he chose to be so. The reason? It's personal.

It was a Saturday night, Jimin stayed back at the shop to prepare some ingredients for tomorrow practice for a new recipe. That was when he heard the bell rang as the front door opened. Didn't he lock it? How clumsy.

Since he was suppose to be deaf, Jimin took a while to come up to the front, eventhough he heard some people chatting.

- Jimin!

As soon as they saw him, one of the guy immediately greet Jimin.

Jimin bowed as he greeted the two men.

It's his friend, the manager of one of Jimin's little shop in another district, Kim Seok Jin.

- Surprised you are still here.

Jimin smile, fondly.

- I'm here to introduce a new employee to your shop.

Jimin slightly raised his eyebrows.

- This is Jeon Jungkook, my friend, he used to studied and worked for a small sweet shop in Paris. Now that he is here, and wanted to work for a Korean sweet shop, I decided to bring him to you.

Jin said, smiling.

- Jungkook, this is Park Jimin, the headchef and also the owner of this famous sweet shop.

The guy named Jungkook looked down at Jimin, who is obviously shorter than him.

- Jeon Jungkook, first time meeting you.

Jungkook was waiting for a respond but all he got was just a smile and a handshake.

Jin and Jungkook left after decided Jungkook will be here tomorrow for practice with Jimin and to get familar with the shop's kitchen.

- Ok, bye Jimin!

Jin smile as Jimin waved at them.

Jungkook looked over his friend, Jin, with a weird look.

- That's the "talented chef" you said?

- Yes, indeed he is.

- He looked... dumb.

- Why you say that?

- I don't know. Smiling and smiling every time. Look ignorrant to me.

- Ha ha he is a very special one. Just wait and you'll see.

- Hmp. What ever.
