Chapter 2 The island

When Sara awoke there was a loud ringing in her ear. She was not sure what had just happened. As her eyes open she began to remember the crash. She began to think "is this real? Was i really just in a plane crash?" She had ben flung from her seat because her seat belt had snapped. She was lying on a beach with a major headache and a bleeding arm. She got up and started looking around. What she saw horrified her. There were bodies of her classmates and teacher and the crew everywhere. Some alive and some dead, she started yelling for her best friends "LUCY!! LUCAS!!!!WHERE ARE YOU?!?" Then she heard a faint "SARA OVER HERE" she began running towards the yell she found Lucas sitting next to Lucy who was lying down with a bad leg and arm injury Sara had tons of thoughts running through her head but the one that stuck out the most at that moment was "will Lucy survive?is she gonna be okay? She has to be okay she can't she is to young i can't lose my best friend" Sara began to cry she sat next to Lucas on the ground who hugged her and whispered in her ear "it will all be okay sara bear. We are gonna get out of this" sara with tears in her eyes and running down her face says " how can you be so sure? We are stranded in who knows where and the teachers are dead Lucy is beat up really bad" lucas looks at his best friend with a look of sorrow and says "we can't give up hope sara we have to stay positive now i sent cole to go gather everyone who is alive and have them all stand in a certain spot so we can find them i will carry Lucy lets go meet up with them" sara shakes her head yes and they start walking. Once Lucas sees Cole he picks up his pace there was about 20 kids and 1 adult in the circle around him. They get to the circle and Lucas sets Lucy on the ground and looks at the injured and scared people around him. Before he starts to talk sara speaks up " we need to make a list of who is alive and who died so when we get rescued the people who died's family will be notified" before Sara continues she hears a familiar voice speak up its tara " how do you know we are getting rescued we are in the middle of fricking nowhere they are NEVER going to find us i am gonna die here with you losers and Lucas" Lucas begins to talk once he hears this " lets keep the negativity to a minimum thats the last thing we need we all need to stay positive we are getting rescued and i agree with sara lets find some paper and a pen" after the list is made Lucas reads the alive list aloud to make sure they got it right "1: sara jones 2: Lucy parker 3: Tara williams 4: me 5: cole Simon 6: Jace roggers 7: mr:collins" he went on with the list until he got to the end. Then he instructed everyone to find supplies for sleeping because it was getting dark. Lucy wad not doing to well but sara just kept repeating to herself "Lucy will be fine she is not gonna die she can't die". Lucy passed away during the night.
