Birth of the twin brother

At Namimori hospital 

"Come on Nana, you can do it!" Iemitsu encouraged. Their cute little baby boy was almost out of Nana's belly.

"Congratulation Sawada - san, you now have two more addition to your little family!" The doctor said enthusiastically, letting them see and hold their two cute boys. They immediately take the older one, who is crying loudly into their arms, also taking all attention from the couple. The younger one didn't do anything, just watch everything, blending in the background, easily forgotten.

"Natsume". They have decided that it would be the older twin name. While the younger left alone without even a name."Oh my aren't you a energetic one" said Nana while cooing Natsume also wouldn't bat an eye at her unnamed son. 

Irked by the fact that the parents are actually ignoring the younger one, the doctor said: "Excuse me Mr and Mrs Sawada but are you forgetting anyone? Here's your younger one. If you don't want him, I've already prepared adoption papers for you to sign." 

Time skip

After one week, Nana was discharge out of the hospital, taking both their so called beloved son back home. Natsume was being cooed and play with his mother while babbling baby language while the other was left alone in the backseat of the car. After going home and letting Natsume rest in his own crib and the other one on the hard cold ground, Iemitsu and Nana were talking and planing what to do with the other thing, the UNWANTED one. "Anata, you and I both know that we only planed to have Natsume as our only son and heir but that disgusting thing just popped out of nowhere and ruined all our plan" Iemitsu scarned. 

"You are absolutely correct my dear. But giving him up for adoption or putting him in the orphanage would be such a waste, don't you think? As him being born here I think he could just be our servant, our slave to do all the things we need" Nana expressed. 

"That's such a great idea Nana, but I think we should wait until he is four, teach him some basic things, well including showing him where his rightful place in this family is of course." Iemitsu agreed with his wife wholeheartedly. 

They finally arrived at the house erm.. mansion in the outskirt of Namimori. Iemitsu immediately give/ throw the child to the butler of the house without care. "If you can raise and train him, also leaving him out of our sight until 4 years old to be a butler (slave left unsaid) like you, you would be free from the contract and of course I will give you some money for the time you've served us. "Yes Iemitsu - sama" replied the butler curtly and take the boy away to his room and set him on the bed. 

"Hello young one" said Yuuto (The butler's name). "You don't have a name right? How about Tsunayoshi as in Lucky Rope", the baby laughed at Yuuto seemingly agree with the given name. "Don't be so excited, this will be kept secret only between us okay. Or master will punish both you and I..." Yuuto said seriously. 'Why such fate befalled on this boy, he is the twin brother of Natsume right? Why isn't he considered a family member' thought the butler.
