' the question had stopped the wolf boy short , look of content amusement slipping from his expression almost immediately . the faint wagging of his tail - simply from enjoying being in (character) ' s presence - had completely ceased . he hadn ' t thought anyone would ask a question like that - why should it matter what his quirk could or could not do ? for a reason unknown to (character) , ichiro was immediately on the defensive , a scowl coming to his features . ❛ wh - the hell ? why do you care about my quirk - ? what ' s it to you whether i can or can ' t , huh ? that ' s a weird as hell question ! ❜ the wolf boy had snapped in return , arms crossing quickly . his mood had shifted so rapidly - wasn ' t that a strange way to react to a seemingly innocent question - especially when he had been perfectly happy moments beforehand ? yes , surely that was a suspicious reaction . why was it that this particular question about his quirk had upset him ? perhaps now would be a good time to ask more , no time like the present , right ?
