Warnings: Hordak acts like JD (a hot psychopath), narcissism, favoritism, more narcissism, i hope thats it
"You're doing great son, we're proud of you," His parents said. To his brother. And only his brother.
No matter how many A's he got, Prime got more, when Hordak got second, Prime got first. Every. Single. Time. Prime had bested him, and Hordak was propelled forward by only spite and hate. He wasn't looking forward to school, because even just being around those vermin insults his intelligence.
"My dearest brother, today is the start of a new school year, and what I'm trying to say, don't mess it up. I don't want your bad reputation to ruin mine too,"
"That's what I'm trying to do,"
"Well you shouldn't be trying, you should be doing," Great. First a lecture from my parents and now from Prime. Lucky me.
"It's not like I get in trouble anyways," but that last part went unheard by Prime, as he made his way to his classes. Advanced of course. While he was left with these idiots.
They're all just worthless beings, wandering around achieving nothing, waiting for an inevitable death. Unlike him. He was their savior, they just haven't seen it yet.
While strutting through the halls, people avoided him, nearly jumped out of his way, and to be honest, their fear made his day.
Hordak decided to take a shortcut through the back of the school. It's not like anyone would stop him. Halfway out the door, someone did.
"Oh hi! I don't thing I've seen you before!" An annoying voice rang out.
Hordak turned to see the owner of the voice. She and big round glasses propped on her head and her hair in pigtails. She was definitely a nerd.
"I'm Entrapta, and you are?" She held out her hand for him to shake.
He scowled at her, but got no reaction she was still holding out her hand.
"I'm holding out my hand for you to shake," She explained
"Yeah I know"
"Oh okay,"
He wasn't sure whether she was attempting to insult his intelligence or if she was stupid, but he decided to just get this over with. He shook her hand.
"Hordak," he sighed.
"Great, now if you could just tell me where the physics classroom is I'll get out of your hair!"
Hordak had the same class, and he was tempted to lie, and leave her in the dust. So he did.
"No, sorry, I have no clue," and he left her to be lost, and late too.
Though, when he made it to class, she was already sitting down. Which aggravated him greatly.
"Oh Hordak! I didn't know you had this class," Entrapta remarked.
Hordak sat down, "Neither did I" he lied.
"Got lost?"
"Sure,"
Class started, and all went normally for a while, until tests got handed back.
Hordak grimaced, and looked back at his paper.
73
He couldn't bring a 73 home. He desperately racked his brain for an explanation.
Maybe she marked it wrong, yeah, or maybe this is someone else's paper...
Hordak just couldn't accept that he, of all people, got a C.
The bell rang, but he didn't acknowledge it. He just unconsciously rose when everyone else did. he stumbled out of the classroom, and luckily overheard this exchange.
"Hey, thanks for tutoring me Entrapta,"
A tutor. Perfect! He would merely hide this C in a sea of A's.
"Hey Entrapta uhh could yo-"
"Tutor you? Of course meet me in the library at 8," Entrapta smiled.
Hordak didn't smile back.
