Blood was everywhere, staining the roots of trees that had been there for hundreds of years untainted by carnage untill then. Helios was standing over two mangled bodies. There face was badly ripped up and there skin was buried under galleons of blood. As he looked at the body's more closely he started to remember how aggressive he became, when the two omega's were chasing him and the girl, he told her to run. Not because he thought the omega's would hurt her, no he knew that she may not look it but she has a strong wolf side. Helios told her to run because he was stronger, when she had gotten around 3 miles away and Helios could no longer hear her footsteps he whistled, as he did the two wolfs looked at him dead in the eyes. One on the left had black hair that covered his ears but parted at his eyes he was wearing ripped up cloth and had gauze on his feet, his eyes glowed blue showing he was of a poor descent in ranking. His teeth were jagged and some were missing, his claws were long and crooked but sharp enough to cut wood. The girl on the right had long red hair that went down her back, she had purple eyes and her teeth were stained yellow and black. She wore a flannel jacket that has claw marks on the shoulders and stomach reviling her light chocolate skin.
" You finally quit running mutt?" The girl snapped as she stepped closer. Helios simply removed his favorite jean jacket and hoodie, after he was completely shirtless his eyes started to shift. His claws came out sharp enough to cut stone, his muscles growing outwards causeing him to grow, and his eyes glowed bright. After charging with blinding speed Helios flipped the guy on his back and rammed his claws into the guys chest. Helios ripped up, pulling out his frontal rib cage and blood gushing like a fountain from his chest.
The guy screamed out in pain. The girl took a step back watching her pack member get his face and chest ripped apart by a mutt. She felt the urge to throw up and run at that moment, but she swallowed that and ran up at Helios. She landed some vicious blows to his back, chest, and face. After 20 seconds of full out trying to tear Helios apart he caught her hand and shoved his other set of claws into her stomach dragging upwards all the way to her jaw. She didn't have a chance to react before her organs started to spill out of her body, she dropped to the floor and her last image was of a mutt with her and her pack mates blood on his hands. When Helios shifted back and finally relized what happened during the fight, he took the two bodies and layed them next to each other with flowers covering there wounds.
" I am sorry it came to this, please believe me I don't like killing" Helios said as he knelt before them and bowed his head. Luna came up behind him as he was on his knee, and said
"What happened here" if it wasn't for his Enhanced hearing, her sentence wouldn't have came out as audible. Helios slowly stood up and winced, he hadn't relized how much blood he lost after the attack from the girl.
"They were going to kill us.... I stopped them" Helios said trying to hide the sting he felt from the air touching his cuts.
"I can....I can smell the fear they had when they died" Luna said clutching her stomach, she felt weak to her knee's. She leaned against a tree and looked at Helios, he had blood rolling down his chest. His face had cuts over his lips that were random and sporadic. " Your hurt!" She blurted out while quickly rushing over to him. Luna held him up, putting his arm over her shoulder. Helios let her grab him, he didn't want to admit it but he was a little bit mentally stunned at what just happened.
"I swore" Helios said under his breath. When Luna got Helios shirts back she started heading back to where she originally ran to. " Im good from here" he said getting out from her grip and walking to a near by river. Helios got on one knee and started drinking from the river. After that he removed and tossed his pants to the side, Helios started washing off blood from his skin.when Luna finally took in the whole situation. All her emotions came flying back like a hurricane waiting to burst. Luna quickly faced Helios and started to shout
" How can you be so dumb! I mean first you attack my father then you go and...." Luna stumbled on her words when Helios turned his body to look at her, even though she just carried him down the hill while he was shirtless Luna started to heat up in her face. His light brown hair had turned black from the combination of sweat and river water, his body was chiselled with muscles, he had two scars down middle of his chest like deep slash wounds. He had lean ab's and sharp cut muscles, his bright moon blue eyes had a look in them that made Luna wanna blurt out what ever she was thinking. After a full minute of staring Helios simply smirked, Luna didn't know why but she was starting to hate this guy. She hated his confidence, she hated his tight body, she hated his smile that prevented her from speaking, and most of all she hated that he knew how to annoy her. When she was done admiring his body she noticed that his cuts had already pretty much healed. " How do you do that?" Luna asked curiously
"I can't read minds" Helios said still putting more water on his cuts.
"Your wounds they are already healed" Luna stated disregarding what Helios said, she kept staring untill Helios finally got up. Helios walked over to Luna and got so close she could feel warmth pulsing off of his skin, his breath crashing into her hair due to him being taller. Luna made the mistake of looking down and checking him out, she looked down and finally relized he had nothing but boxers on. Luna's face became fiery red as if every blood cell in her body ran a marathon to her face. Luna moved her eyes back to Helios to his chest, she prayed he hadn't noticed the change in color of her face. Helios coughed and said to three words in a tone that sent Luna into another world
"My shirts please"
