Two kids sat on the cliffs of the Goa Kingdom watching as the ocean waves crashed into the rock face. One is a boy with messy black hair, black eyes and a smile that was almost too big for his face while wearing a white shirt with the word "Anchor" written on it with a picture of an anchor and jean shorts with sandals. The other is a girl that has short black hair that was pulled back into a small braid, onyx eyes that seemed to bare your soul when you looked into them, and a small black birthmark, wearing black shorts and a blue plad shirt. Their names are Monkey D. Luffy and Loria D. Night Shade (though only her family knows that. Everyone else knows her as Monkey D. Shade) and it just so happens that the two of them are twins.

As the siblings are watching the horizon, Shade notices a ship approaching. Reaching into her sack my her side, Shade takes out a scope to see if it was their grandpa. But what she saw instead was a Jolly Rodger that had a red line through one of the eyes and twin sabers in place of the cross bones. Shade immediately knew who the colors belonged to and turned to her brother.

"Oi! Lu-nii!"

"Mhn?"

"We need to go tell the Mayor and Makino-san that there are pirates here! One of the Yonko!"

"EH?! Pirates?! Let's go!"

Luffy then grabbed his little sister's hand and proceeded to drag her into town to the docks. It took almost an hour before the ship made it to the island and by that time all of the village had gathered around as the mayor attempted to make the two children leave and hide somewhere. The two, however, were not having it.

"YADDA!! I wanna see real pirates and what they're like!" Luffy yelled.

Before the mayor could argue, a large group of pirates stepped onto the dock and approached the villagers. Shade could tell that everyone was tense getting ready to defend their home, but before a fight could break out, she managed to slip from one of the men's hold and raced in front of the leader of the group. The captain was tall for the little 6 year old. He had scarlet red hair, and three scars over his left eye. He looked down at the little girl before him and his crew and tried to be intimidating.

(Shanks' POV)

My crew and I had just docked and began approaching the villagers. I noticed that there were two brats being held back so as not to get hurt should we attack for any reason. Not that we would, but they didn't know that. As we got closer, the little girl somehow managed to get free and was suddenly right in front of me. I looked down and gave her one of my Haki free glares, but she just continues to stare at me for a while before opening her mouth and asking a question that I would have been expecting from an island in the Grand Line, but definitely NOT from one in the weakest ocean of all, the East Blue.

"So. What is one of the four Yonko doing on our little island?"

"Heh. All we're here for is restocking our supplies and a short vacation of sorts. The Grand Line isn't exactly some place you wanna mess around in when short on food and drink. We will pay for everything we need as well as the food and drink we order."

I can feel the surprise coming from my crew as we all stare down at this little gaki that had the balls to... My thoughts were interrupted when one of the most beautiful women that I had ever seen walks up.

"Hello. My name is Makino. I run Party's Bar. You and your crew are all more than welcome to resupply and spend as much time as you'd like on the island to rest up and enjoy yourselves."
