Xavier POV-

These laat three months been dope as hell. Carter is the woman I need in my life. But I still haven't still haven't told her I'm a drug lord. But today was the day I want full custody of my son so I served Ebone ass and she didn't like it . We're all in the court house. Even Carter and Tiara came to support me. I'm glad she came though. Baliff: "Do you promise to tell the truth and nothing but the full truth"

Me: "Yes your honor"

Lawyer: "Why do you believe you should have full custody and no visitation right for the mother?"

Me: "Because your honor, she is a unfit mother. She has me on child support, but uses the money on herself. I have pictures of how she got him living and how she how she' living. Totally different. All the money I give her every two weeks she spends on herself. I have proof of that as well. She don't give the money to my son for lunch at school. He told me this himself. She's selfish..."

Lawyer: "And how do we know your not an unfit parent? What do you do for a living?"

Me: "I own a few business and I'm financially stabled with a house in a nice neighborhood I don't depend on others"

Lawyer: "You may come down, sir"

Ebone: "But, Judge-"

Ebone started to protest but the judge stopped her

Judge: "I don't wanna hear it! You can not prove these pictures wrong! How could you live off of your child money but not get him anything!? You are just trifling!" The judge sat back and sighed. "I'm granting Xavier Moore full custody of Demetri Tyrez Moore. You can see him on the weekends you lucky to even be able to see him at all."

On the inside I was hype. I was happy my son didn't have to live with his trifling hoe ass momma. But on the outside, I smiled and nodded.

Judge: "Case ajourned"

I gathered my belongings and left. I met Carter,Cartier , and Demetri at my car. Cartier and Demetri were inside the car sitting with the AC talking. I walked up to Carter, who was smiling at me.

Carter: "Well, you did it" She said hugging me

Me: "I didn't need him with his trifilig momma. I'm glad he's with his pops!"

Carter: "*laughs* He's in better hands."

Carter and I looked at each other for a second and I peck her lips and she kisses back. We had spent a lot of time together over the past three months. Demetri loves her and Cartier and vise versa. When I looked up, I seen Ebone walking towards us. I looked at Carter and told her to get in the car with the kids. She followed what I said

Ebone: "How could you!?" She yelled approaching me.

Me: "How could I? Ebone, you're not doing anything with the money I give you that benefits my son. Of course I took him from you...plus he's miserable with you" I explained

Ebone: "Fuck you, Xavier! I don't give a fuck anyways. I didn't want him. I can finally find someone that can take care of me"
