Percy

"Ariannah!" I turned just in time to see her fall, clutching her arm. A demigod what a bloody knife stood over her.
In a flash I understood what I had happened. He had been trying to stab me. Judging from the position of his blade, he would have taken me, maybe by sheer luck, in the small of my back my only weak point.
Ariana had intercepted the knife with her own body.
But why? She didn't know about my weak spot. No one did.
I locked eyes with the enemy demigod. He wore an eye patch under his helm: Ethan Nakamura, the son of Nemesis. Somehow he'd survived the explosion on the Princess Andromeda. I slammed him in the face with my sword hilt so hard I dented his helm.
"Get back!" I slashed the air with a wide ark, driving the rest of the demigods away from Aria. "No one touches her!"
"Interesting." Kronos said. "Bravely fought, Percy Jackson, but it's time to surrender... or the girl dies."
"Percy... don't." She groaned weakly slowly coming back to life. I had to get her out of here.
"Blackjack!" I yelled.
As fast as light, the Pegasus swooped down and clamped his teeth on the straps of Aria's armor. They soared away over the river before the enemy could even react.
"Some day soon, I'm going to make Pegasus soup. But in the meantime..." Kronos dismounted his skeleton horse, his scythe glistening in the dawn light. "I'll settle for another dead demigod." He snarled.

Aria's POV

When I could once again open my eyes, I was in the roof of some hotel, most likely the Plaza hotel like the one Annabeth would have been at, to see Percy looking down at me.
"Aria..." He choked.
"Poison on the dagger... pretty stupid of me, huh?" I smiled weakly at him.
"It's not so bad, Ariannah. A few more minutes and we would have been in trouble,  but the venom hasn't gotten past the shoulder yet. Just lie still. Someone get me some nectar." Will said as I took a deep breath and Percy took my hand.
"Ow... ow, ow!" I whimpered as I squeezed my eyes shut as Silena muttered words of encouragement to me and Percy kissed my hand. I looked up at him with pain in my eyes as he continued to kiss my hand and fingertips.
"That should do it, but we're going to need some mortal supplies. There's a Duane Reade on Fifth. Normally I would never steal-" Will started.
"I would." Travis said as I smiled a little.
"Leave cash or drachmas to pay, whatever you've got, but this is an emergency. I've got a feeling we're going to have a lot more people to treat." Will said glaring at Travis as he wrote down a list of supplies that we need.
"Come on guys, we have a drugstore to raid... I mean, visit." Travis grinned as everyone, but Silena and Percy, left. Silena said something about going back to camp to convince Clarisse and the Ares cabin to come help, but the pain was clouding everything over for me, and I really couldn't pay attention.
Once she left, Percy came back to my side and placed his cool hand on my forehead.
"You're cute when you're worried. Your eyebrows get all scrunched together." I giggled lightly.
"You're not going to die while I owe you a favor." He said taking my hand in his again. "Why did you take the knife?"
"You would have done the same for me."
"How did you know?" He asked.
"Know what? Where your spot was?" I asked as he nodded. "Remember Percy, I know everything... most things... I remember from the book where you said your Achilles spot was." I said softly as his thumb rubbed circles into the back of my hand.
"Why did you save me?" He asked.
"Because I love you, Percy." I whispered as he kissed my forehead and we watched the sun rise over the horizon.
"I love you too, Ariannah." He whispered as he squeezed my hand lightly. He leaned down to kiss me, our lips just mere centimeters from touching before the terrace door opened and Connor walked through. I laughed as Percy's face burned red from how close Connor was to seeing us kiss. He gave me a light kiss on my forehead before he left to go see Grover. I staying there watching over the city until I finally couldn't keep my eyes open any longer, and fell asleep.
