3 ~ Sober

Yoongi woke up actually on time today. His head didn't hurt, he had his clothes on the right way and he woke up before 10 am.

"Namjoon?" Yoongi called from the top of the stairs, "Woww Yoongi is awake for the first time in forever I think I might just cry." Namjoon smiled mockingly from the bottom of the stairs. "Shut up." Yoongi rolled his eyes and made his way down the stairs. "You actually look like a human being instead of a walking piece of turd." "Hey asshole tone it back a bit." Yoongi sighed and made himself some leftover  pizza in the microwave, "Pizza for breakfast, my favorite." Namjoon smiled, "And sorry for being an asshole Yoongs." Yoongi looked over to Namjoon who gave him a smile, "I-It's fine Namjoon you were only looking out for me. I'll be fine being sober for one day." Yoongi was lying, his craving was even worse today. It's going to be horrible going to work.. being around all of those beverages and NOT be able to splurge. "I'm probably just going to be a little on edge today, that's all."

Yoongi never realized how annoying people were. "Yoongi you okay?"  Jungkook asked as Yoongi looked like he was about to explode. "I'm not hungover today. Is that enough of an answer for you?" "Pretty much yeah." Jungkook frowned, "Namjoon make you not drink?" "No I ran out." Jungkook nodded and decided not to pester Yoongi anymore. Sober Yoongi is the most worst Yoongi to annoy.

"Yoongi you're going to scare off the customers." Namjoon whispers, "Yeah Yoongi scaring away the customers is Jimin's job." Jungkook giggled. He received a hard hit from Jimin who was busy delivering someone's food. "I'm not trying to." Yoongi groaned. "How about you go take your break? I'll cover for you." Namjoon smiled. Yoongi shrugged and moved from behind the bar to the kitchen, which is basically the break room.

"Yoongi it shouldn't have this much of an impact on you to be sober for one day." Jin sighed, "Well it does." "Jeez man you drink to much." Tae said worriedly, "Way to much." Hobi whispered to himself.

The day was very long but, it was finally over. Yoongi quickly separated himself from the group to make a beeline to the closest liquor store. Jimin followed him because Jin wanted to make sure Yoongi didn't end up drunk wondering the streets. "Yoongi?" "What?" "Is it my fault you're like this?" Yoongi ignored the question and continued to speed walk ahead of Jimin. "I- I feel like if I never brought that liquor that night you wouldn't be so desperately attached to it." Yoongi turned around to face Jimin, "I'm not desperate, liquor just makes me happy. That's all." "Why is it the only thing that makes you happy?" Yoongi groaned, annoyed.

"Why are you acting like Namjoon now?! You're not much better at controlling your impulses than me." Jimin nodded in agreement, "Sorry, forget I said anything let's just get going yeah?" Yoongi frowned and followed behind the younger.

Namjoon was already waiting for the two when Jimin and Yoongi walked in. "Im surprised you two didn't go clubbing." "Yeah me too." Yoongi groaned as he kicked off his shoes and made his way upstairs. "So, did you talk to him?" "Didn't really get him to say much Namjoon, you should really just talk to him yourself. We really only get along when we are both blackout drunk." Namjoon frowned. He really did see Yoongi as his best friend and all that drinking isn't good for him, he says he uses it as a escape but never tells what he's escaping from. Namjoon wants to there for him, help him find something that isn't alcohol that calms him. He tried taking Yoongi to a therapist and he threw a tantrum so that's out of the question.

"Namjoon were you listening?" "Huh?" "Jeez pay attention please." "S-Sorry." Jimin cleared his throat, "As I was saying I think you should be the one to get Yoongi to come out of his bubble." "Huh?" "We've all know Yoongi the same amount of time as you and you're the only one Yoongi doesn't constantly want to punch, besides Jin, but that's because Jin scares him, Jin scares everyone." Namjoon nodded, "I'll try." "Don't say it like that, You always sound so unsure of yourself Namjoon. Anyways I gotta go home, see you tomorrow." Namjoon didn't even get a chance to say bye and Jimin was already dashing down the street.

Namjoon sighed and decided to go and check in on Yoongi. Namjoon knows he's either passed out or on the way to passing out. Namjoon knocked on the door but it wasn't even closed. "Hii Namjooon..." Yoongi slurred as he laid on the floor using his rug as a blanket. "Yoongi do you need help getting to the bed?" "NAaaaah." He just rolled over and searched for some more liquor. Namjoon quickly picked up the bottle and hid it before Yoongi spotted it. "Namjon immm thirstyy." "Want some water?" "NaaAh." Namjoon has never really been good with interacting with drunk Yoongi. He just seems like a different person.

"Yoongi you should get some rest." "Youuuuuu shouldd take that stick outta yourr assholee...asshole." Namjoon just rolled his eyes and tried to take the rug off him, "NO youuu canttt have it yourr not cooll Jooniee.." "And you are?" "yOOU nEver waNna gET drunK with me Namjoonn...assholee." Yoongi was already half asleep, "You know i'm glad your my friend, I think, gives me someone to care about..." And at that he was out cold. Namjoon picked him up and brought him over to his bed. "I'm glad your my friend too Yoongi, I swear I'll help you. Somehow."
