Chapter 7

Y/N's P.O.V:
I felt my cheeks go red and I hit him on the shoulder. He just laughed "Okay, okay I'll not talk about that anymore." I sighed in relief. I looked at his left hand and saw a lighter "what're you gonna do with that?" I asked. "I was gonna burn some garbage when I get back home. I just bought this don't worry." He laughed. "Ahhh okay" I nod and he smiled "Anyways, let's just talk about that one time yo-" "Y/N?" I turned around and saw someone I didn't expect...

Renjun's P.O.V:
"Y/N?" I called out her name and she turned around. "Renjun? What are yo-" I grabbed her by the hand and dragged her to the convenience store. "What were you thinking!? I thought you'd be going home by now! Instead you just stuck around and hanged out with Xiu in a dark alley? Y/N please, you're old enough to know that it's dangerous outsi-" she pushed me away but it didn't do much. Y/N looked down "I'M NOT A KID ANYMORE I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING SO STO-" "I CARE ABOUT YOU OKAY!?"

I shouted and felt a tear run down my face. "jeez, don't take it the wrong way. I just don't trust him" I facepalmed and she punched me on the arm. "Bitch please, at least I'm smarter than you. Oh and how'd you know Xiu?" "It's a long story" "Tell m-" I heard a growl "Was that your stomach?" I asked "Ye- I MEAN NO! I-It wasn't I swear." "Let's go inside. I'll tell you how I knew Xiu."

Xiu's P.O.V:
They went in.. "FUCK!" I punched the wall in anger. "Fucking Huang Renjun, stealing everyone I know. Just because you're HANDSOME AND INTELLIGENT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHNG YOU FUCKING DO YOU SON OF A BITCH" I shout in anger. "Excuse me" I heard a man's voice behind me. "What?" I asked without looking back. "Guess what?" His hand landed on my shoulder, causing me to look at him. I soon recognized the face. "You son of a bitch" I tried to punch him but failed as he just dodged the punch.

"Never talk ill about my members. No, I mean my friend, my brother." I smirked and said at the boy "What are you gonna do about it?" "I-" "You wont do jackshit, you've got nothing against me. You're weak" the boy pulled out his phone and my eyes widened "I recorded you" "You wouldn't fucking dare" "Oh yes I will Xiu" "Fine, what do you want from me.

Y/N's P.O.V:
"So, how'd you know him? Was he a nice guy?" I asked eating my sandwich. "I wouldn't really say nice, he's just got some features to make him look nice." Renjun giggled and drank his water "Aren't you going to eat?" I asked putting down my sandwich "I'm on a diet" "Why?" He sighed "I'm an idol you idiot I gotta mentain my image" "Dang, idol life is tuff right?"
"sigh It is, but I like my job. I get to meet many NCTzens who support me and the Dreamies" He smiled a faint yet sweet and bright smile. He should smile more often, he looks good. I thought "Sooo how's Jaemin doing?" "W-What do you mean!?" I blushed "Aren't you two dating?" "N-no! A-and you haven't EXACTLY told me how you know Xiu! Now tell me everything Huang Renjun!" He chuckled and put down his drink. "Don't say I didn't warn ya, it's pretty sad." I nodded and he sighed

"It all started when we moved..."

Flashback

"Mom, I don't wanna go!" Little Renjun said throwing a tantrum "Sweetie you'll do fine. You'll fit in just right!" His mom kissed his forehead "Now go say bye to your friends alright? We'll be moving soon" He sniffed and wiped his tears away. "Okay..." little Renjun went outside and gave his final and last goodbyes to his friends. Everyone was still laughing and trying to hold back tears. Until, it was time to go. Renjun's mom called him and said "Honey be quick! We're ready to go now!" That was when everyone just couldn't hold back their tears any longer and just cried. Renjun was the one who cried the most out of everyone.

"You'll come back soon right?" Jordan said as he hugged Renjun. "We'll meet again Jordan don't worry" "Come back soon!" "I will Zhao!" "Give us gifts when you do come back here!" "Demanding much Zack?" Everyone laughed and wipped their tears. Renjun went to his mom and got inside the car. "Bye Renjun!!!!" Everyone waved and shouted as the car drove off "Bye guys!" Renjun waved through the car window until they were no longer in sight.

Few hours later

"Renjun we're here. Grandpa is waiting for us inside." Said mr. Huang. "Already?" Renjun said as he rubbed his eyes and yawned. "Come on sweetie, let's go inside"

Y/N's P.O.V:
"then? What happend after you guys moved in?" I took another bite of my sandwich "Well.. I went to school 2 weeks after we moved in since I gotta adjust to my surroundings." Renjun smiled "It wasn't that hard since we visit grandpa alot back then." "Did you meet Xiu while you were there?" There was silence for a few seconds . . . . . Renjun lifted his head and looked at me.
"I did, once when I was taking a stroll down the park and backalley."

"Woah, the park near our school is huge!" Renjun said as he ran towards the swings.

"How old were you back then?" I asked. "I was about 12 or something" he shrugged "really!?" I gasped and dramatically put my hands on my mouth. Renjun laughed and I just smiled.

Jaemin's P.O.V:
"Okay first of all, before you talk to me. STOP RECORDING." Xiu shouted and moved forward. Closer to me. I pretended to be scared and nodded.
"S-Sure. So I-I overheard you talking smack around the bathroom stalls the other day. R-Right before class started." I put my phone back into my pocket, still letting it record. "Oh you mean trying to kill that bitch Renjun? Yeah sure I admit it."

He laughed and took a cigarette from his pocket and lit it with the lighter in his hand. "Although..." He looked at me straight in the eye. Crap, I think I might die here "You think I'd believe you when you said you've stopped recording?" He then looked at my phone almost falling out of my pocket. "Ah, I guess so." I smiled nervously "Get him boys." Out if nowhere, 4 men came after me. I quickly grabbed and secured my phone and tried to call my hyungs...
