The following morning the sunrise was as beautiful as the sunset was. Ivan had showed me a little shack on the island where I could stay for the time being, it wasn't much, but it worked for now. I didn't plan on staying in this world for long, I had to find my way home.

I sat on the lightly, damp floor of the shack, I closed my eyes to think;
before I lost my memory I remember I was doing something really important. It almost felt like someone or something wiped my memory. I remember my world, my master called it "The Land of Departure" but I always had called it home. The night sky was beautiful there, it glistened with thousands, no millions of stars. Although I knew that each star was its own world.

I remembered so much, everything really, but then my memory just stopped and began when I came to the island. Maybe my world was swallowed by darkness and thats why Im here now, no, I would have ended up in Traverse Town.

I was sent back to reality when Ivan stormed into the shack and yelled "Morning!" He handed me a bag filled with a banana and two pieces of toast.

"Eat up-" he demanded, "We have a big day today!" I shoved a piece of toast in my mouth and asked,

"What's the occasion?"

"The occasion is that we're getting off this floating rock and going home."

"And how are we going to do that? I don't even know where my world is, and I know you have know idea."

"Common Seashell!" Ivan reached for my hand to help me up, "Trust me." I grabbed his hand and we headed down to the beach.

"I told you my names Inara, why call me Seashell still?"
"And I told you I preferred Seashell."

Ivan took me down to the water front and he just stood there watching the waves. I do it too. After about five minutes of just watching the ocean I couldn't handle but start in.

"So... what's this master plan to get us out of here anyways?"
"Now your interested." He gave out a small smirk just big enough so I could see it.

"So- whats the plan?" I demand. Ivan materialized his Keyblade and told me to do the same, "You, Seashell, are going to train me to use one of these properly." I am shocked, I wasn't even a true master, what made him think I was worthy to train anyone?

I turned away, "I... I can't."
I look back and see his expression changed completely, from joyful to utter sadness.

"Wait... Why not?" He asked, he had anger in his voice.

I ran towards the shack and Ivan started running after me but I got there in time to lock the door behind me. It didn't stop him from pounding on the door. "What do you mean you can't! You said you've been trying for years, and if you just show me what you know we could be closer to going home." I couldn't tell exactly but it sounded like he slid his back on the door and sat down in front of it, the position I was already in.

"Look, I'm sorry I snapped at you, I just really want to get home and find my sister."
"How long has it bin?" I asked but quiet enough that only I could hear it.
"What?"
"How long have you bin away from home?" I said, this time so he could hear it.
"Two years." With just two words I saw a different side of Ivan I'd never have seen before, he was vulnerable.
I wanted to comfort him even though I didn't really know what he was going through, or maybe I did? "If your sister is anything like you, I sure shes alright. Whats her name anyways?"
"Kara."
"Whats she like?"
I could hear Ivan laughing, and I recognized him again. "Kara is beautiful and is so free-spirited, she has long black hair-"
He passed and there was silence again.

I got up, unlocked the door and opened it. Ivan looked up and smiled at me as he stood up while brushing the sand off himself. I materialized my Keyblade and handed it to him, "I'll train you."

Ivan picked me up and started spinning me around. "Thank you, thank you, thank you! You wont regret this." He put me down and started flinging my Keyblade around, he couldn't stop smiling.
I wanted to tell him that it wasn't really how it was done properly, but I didn't want to ruin the moment, so I just joined in.
