Footsteps echo down a hallway
Step by step, becoming louder and louder.
"I thought you knew what you've been assigned to do" The mysterious identity states
"I did Sir.."
"Oh did you now?"
"Yes sir-"
"so TELL ME WHY, This simple task, this SIMPLE ASSIGNMENT. Didn't go as planned?"
"S-Sir, I-Im sorry I just grab the wrong-"
The Boss grabs his henchman by their neck.
"THERE'S NO APOLOGIES, an apology will NOT accomplish what I've told you to do"
"I'll fix it, I'll do anything! Please!"
The boss drops him
"There's no fixing what you messed up. A MISSED opportunity OF A LIFETIME"
"I'll figure out another way!"
"You better or else, I won't have mercy on you"
The man walks away grinning deviously while his henchman drops to the floor crying intensely begging to the gods he finds a way out before it's too late.
"Since you're a brick short of a load can't do it properly. I'll take things into my own hands".
- Narrator POV
*CRASH*
You groggily wake up, hearing some sort of bang and crashing coming from inside your closet
"B-Bill ?.. what's the deal." You say irritated from being woken up so early than you were originally planning on
You look at your alarm clock on the side of your bed, it says 7:45 AM
"Billlll!" You say now angry, rushing getting out of bed to potentially hit him across the head
"Whatttt" Bill says behind you, now aggravated as well.
You turn around and see him on the windowsill like how you last saw him before you fell asleep
"I just woke up y/n, stop blaming me sheesh" bill says rolling his eyes then rubbing them trying to stay awake
"What.. but then.." you turn back to your closet doors
"What was that?" You say pointing towards your closet
"I'm not sure" Bill says while yawning
"Now if you excuse me, I'm going back to sleep" he says annoyed and stretching his arms out before laying back down into a resting position slowly falling asleep
"Fine then.. now if you excuse me, I'll be investigating this" you mumble irritated while rolling your eyes
You slowly inch your way towards the closet, afraid of what lies in it.
Building up enough courage, you burst open the closet doors and quickly glance around inside it
"There's nothing here-..." you say confused until a small cabinet-like door slowly creaks open, revealing a new sort of passageway
