He woke to the sound of the mild wind, birds chirping on nearby trees which sung in unison with the breeze. Sunlight penetrating blue curtains venturing into the brightly lit bedroom.

"Ughhhhh, right..." He sat up, browny eyes still squinting, "Just 5 more minutes," He flopped right back down, still feeling tired, wanting to get back to his dream. He lay there for a quite moment, the ambience still rolling with the day. His tired mind argued with him before... "Alright! Fine, I'm getting up." There ya go.

He checked his phone for a second. "Ugh, still nothing, as usual." He jumped out of the covers  and climbed down the ladders of his bunk-bed. Which only had the bed at the top, and bottom used for extra room. 'Bunk-Beds are cool.' He'd always say to anyone who questioned, why he had a bunk-bed. But he says this about a lot of things. Although, he'd always wanted a hammock, only for the fun of it. He stumbled on his ladder as he climbed down the ladders,  he pulled a scared and weird face as he caught himself, he laughed at his clumsiness for a moment.

"Um, maybe I'll message." He pondered for a moment  as he suddenly pretended to text something. Then eventually send a message... "Hey, you on?"

He placed his phone down. And continued with the morning.

Like clockwork he; washed his face, ate breakfast, brushed his teeth. Um, what else do humans do in the morning. Oh yes, get changed thats another one.

Anyway, he returned to his bedroom to hear the satisfying sound of his phone vibrate (He almost never gets notifications on his phone. I know what a loser, No, he aight.)

He raced to his phone, as he received a text from someone.

"Yeah. Hey Lewis." Lewis already had a smile on his face.

"Hey Olivia, I just thought I'd message to see if you were on, how are you doing, hows your day been?"

"I'm good, just haven't gone to sleep yet. And my day has been fine, how about you?"

"Well I've just woke up, but thanks to you I've started this day off in an even better mood than I did!"

"Your too sweet."

"Yeah, I should get a name like that... Mr Sweet or something. But I'm thinking of just going on a long walk thing today, something to do, nothing really happens, but I can think about some stuff, listen to music and plus its a nice day."

"Sure Mister. But okay then cool, enjoy your walk. Now I really need to get to sleep, I'm super tired, we can talk more later."

"Okay then, well goodnight, sweet dreams and stuff."

"Goodnight, sweet dreams and all that."

Lewis always wanted to remind Olivia he missed her, but he knew it would just sound lame or something like that. For a long time, it felt for Lewis, he never got to talk to Olivia for long as much, he never knew why, but still he always enjoyed it whenever they talked. This was a very rare day, for him too, for everything to be like this. For a bit o' context. Olivia is one of Lewis' best friends of all time, and they live... a long way away from each other, a lot of thousands of miles. It always made Lewis feel even more lonely the fact that he couldn't be with Olivia. So they are both waiting very patiently for that day to come when they can meet, they guessed it would take around 5-6 years. For Lewis, it felt more than an eternity. Well there is honestly too much to say.

Anyway.. after, Lewis put his phone down, already beginning to miss Olivia.

He got ready to go a lot further than he had gone before on a walk, jumping around, with a smile on his face and bright air flailing around him.

With that, he, headed out the door closed it gently behind him. and started his small adventure. Woddling with his wonky walk to fields of fresh green, soft grass, sprinkles with trees and continued forward.
