Author Note: I know I know, before anyone else says anything I know that it's been freaking forever since I've been on here. I've had problems with the app and I just lost inspiration for writing, due to depression and trying to get back into drawing in my free time-which I feel like I improved a lot on, so I feel like it was worth it.

"Coal!!!" the kitten jumped and ran behind the sofa.

"cats..." Nny mumbled in annoyance.

"Coal I'm so happy you're ok." Todd said walking over to the kitten and picking him up to hug him lightly.

Rrrow
Todd looked in the corner of the room and saw a similar looking cat with amber colored eyes and more black fur.

"Uhhh Mr. Nny?.."

"Heh heh..." he laughed sheepishly.

"I have two cats now? Wow.."

"Y-yeeeeess....?" Nny said nervously.

"Thank you th-thank you!!!"
He squeaked wrapping his short arms around his leg.

"Yeah yeah. Can you just keep an eye on them to make sure they don't fight and what not?" he asked scruffing up the kids hair. "Seriously I need you to help out with the cats."

Todd nodded grinning wildly.

The kid walked over to the new cat and rubbed it's head.

"Does the new cat have a name yet? Also do you know what gender?"

Nny hummed. "Ehh for the first answer I don't know. Also I don't know what gender."

"Guess I'll check, so I can think up names."
He gently lifted the young cat's tail and realized this cat was a female.

"Now we got a boy and a girl kitty."

"Oh... Oh great."

"What?"

"WELL... When they get a little older they might try to.. You know."

"Fight for territory?.."

"That too I guess.."

"Have sex?"
Nny cringed

"Yes.. That... .And pee everywhere."

"So... They need to be snipped?.."

Nny thought for a moment. He really did not want piss all over his furniture and walls and he didn't want more cats. Two was plenty, more than enough for him.

"Yeah... They should probably get spayed and neutered. We should probably wait until they're older though."

"Yeah."

Nny walked over to the now furry couch and flopped down on the cushions.

"You ok?"
the kid asked worriedly.

Nny smiled.
"Yeah..  Busy day. I think I probably wasted it all now heh.  Wanna watch tv for a while? Maybe later we can head out."

Todd shrugged and went to sit and watch the television with him.

"Thank you for trying to find Coal. That means a lot.. I know my parents -"

"Screw your parents. If you ever need my help I will try to help you kid. Plus.. I like having company.... (cough) and the cat."

Todd smiled and Nny looked over at him and gave him a little smile back.

Then Coal jumped up onto the couch and curled up in Nny's lap.

"Aw he likes you."

Nny made a smile that looked like he just smashed his foot as he looked down at the cat. Hesitantly he pet the cat's soft fur.

"Oh. Your nose is running."

He snorted.
"Thanks for pointing that out.. I'm allergic to cat dander."

"Is it really bad?...."
Nny handed the cat over to Todd, which it fell asleep in his lap happily.

"Nah. Just annoying. Sneezing and coughing crap. I'll get some allergy medicine soon. Once I make enough from selling Happy Noodle Boy comics."

"You sell comics???"

"Yep haha. Only insane hobos like them really unfortunately."

"Oh. Ok then. How much do you make?"

"Not much. Just enough for a couple freezies a week."

"That isn't enough."

"I know, but look at me. I'm still kicking."
He said snorting before another line of snot almost fell from his nose.

Todd laughed.
"M-maybe find a more... uh professional job? I mean still art, but for people with money. You know?"

"Yeah, you're right."
