Looks: An well built teenager standing at 5'9. Not too muscular but has a more slim athletic build. Usually we are black Jean's and a hoodie over a grey V-neck with converse.
Occupation: Student at UA.
Personality: Relaxed, kind and usually upbeat but he can get overwhelmed and shy but this happens rarely.
Relationships: Romantically speaking, depending on the rp.
Parents: Unknown as he's an Orphan.
Siblings: A Big sister named Neno Tamashi who works as a Pro Hero.
Relatives: None.
Friends: Kaminari, Sero, Kirishima, Mina, Jirou and most of class 1-A. Except Mineta.

Costume: A large black overcoat with lightning on the back, a pair of fingerless gloves, knee high boots with black pants and a pair of goggles with light blue lens.
Quirk: Energy Conductor.
Abilities: He can absorb different types of energy into his body with his fingertips and hold them before letting the energy out. Different types of energy does different things. Electric comes out as electricity, like Denkis quirk, Thermal comes out like jet propulsion from his hands, ect.
Moves: Full Charge, when fully charges with electrical energy he can apply it to himself and give himself electric armor to increase physical damage. King Comet Punch, builds momentum with the thermal energy and then unleashes it in a powerful punch.
Weakness: Each energy absorbed has a weakness. If abosrbed electrical energy he needs to stay grounded or else be electrocuted from the inside. If thermal energy he needs to either stay cool or release it quick as his body temp will rise. He can also only have one type of energy absorbed at a time.
Other abilities: Good with tech, fast runner, able to eat 4 large bowls of ramen without gaining weight.
Likes: Quick and easy foods to make like cup noodles, computers and other tech, his sister, the idea of being a hero and pastries.
Dislikes: Rude people, haters, bullies, peas and beans, being tired.
Backstory: He was orphaned along with his sister, Neno, when he was about 4, with Neno being 10. They were homeless for awhile but took home in an abandoned shrine in a park. Neno worked hard to get through school and everything so that she could go to UA. And eventually she did. She climbed the charts and became one of UAs best heroes, Flair Witch. No Dylan and her have an apartment in the city. Neno is often away doing Hero work but Dylan understands so he doesn't mind. He was inspired by how hard she worked for him and wanted to be just like her so he's trainer and studied to get into UA.
