Why was Larry so patient with him, Sebastien thought as he walked away. All he was was nothing but cold, rude and awful to those around him. Yet Larry always stayed and was kind no matter how many times he snapped at him. He didn't understand it. Everyone else left quickly after he made a rude comment even once. They left once they saw the hard shell he puts around himself to make sure no one gets close. Larry however was different. He stayed no matter what so far and never snapped back. Why hadn't he left yet, what was there to stay for?

So many questions with no answers. It gave Sebastien a headache to even think about. Maybe Sebastien was just going soft. He had been kinder to Larry than he had been to anyone else besides Ollie. Something about the other was just so alluring and entrancing about him. He always let his emotions show and was so open just being around that teenager for a couple minutes made you want to spill your entire life story to him. His aura was so trusting. He trusted everyone who he saw good in (which was most) and he was patient if you didn't trust him back.

Sebastien hated that. His heart told him to trust Larry because he would be understanding. His brain told him to be cautious and never trust him. That Larry was playing the long game. Earn trust then break it with the snap of a finger. He shuddered at the thought of that.

Though Larry being the villain didn't sit right with him. Larry being cruel wasn't right. Because he wasn't. That was so frustrating. How was he supposed to push someone away who was patient and knew when to come back and stay close to him. There wasn't any way that's how.

He was here already. The door to the dorm was right in front of him, staring right at him. He could go in and see other people or go for a walk around the school. The latter seemed like a better option.

The halls were quiet. Only quiet and peaceful compared to what they were during the day. People were sleeping or in the library, maybe some at a club at this time of night. Though very rarely, at Dalton there really was only time to go clubbing or parting on weekends. Most students were tired by the end of the day (such as Sebastian but he pushed through to continue his walk.)

If he stalled long enough his dorm mate would be asleep by the time he got back. Just 10 more minutes and ze would be asleep. Sebastian knew ze probably wouldn't question anything, ze were quite reserved and zem and Sebastian weren't close. Ze also weren't very relevant to the plot right now. It didn't matter though, Sebastian could never be to careful,

"I don't ---, If we try anything ---, it may be bad. Ya ya okay. But he seems fine now?" Sebastian only could hear snippets of their conversation. The farther the brunet walked down the halls the close the voice seemed. He stood beside a pillar and the voice was much clearer by the end.

It was Trents voice, Sebastian recognized. Whoever Trent was speaking too seemed head set in convincing Trent of something. Sebastian didn't know what though. As soon as he heard his classmate and the person on the phone start saying their goodbyes he swiftly walked down the hall back towards the direction of his room.

He was curious now. But there was no time to dwell on it, Regionals was now 6 days away. He walked into the dorm quietly and his dorm mate (he believed zirs name was Ace) was already asleep and the lights were off.

It didn't matter of anything going on right now. Regionals was everything. Anything outside of it was temporarily irrelevant. With that thought in mind he drifted off into a dreamless sleep.
