II: The dinner

You entered the restaurant and scanned the room. Your son waved his hand. He was sitting beside your wife, your ex-wife rather. It's been 2 years since the divorce happened.

"Pa! How are you? I missed you!" Your son greeted you. You smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Your blonde hair suits you, boy." You said, you looked at your wife, she was silent. She can't look at you.

"Let's eat first." You said and sat in front of her.

You're staring at her. She looked so elegant and sossy. Her wavy blonde hair was tied up with a messy bun, her sparkly eyes are paired with her red lips, her rosy cheeks suits her jaws. She's perfect.

"Pa, I thought we're going to eat?" Your son said, your wife looked at you, you looked away.

"Waiter." You called the waiter, you started ordering.

"Pa, did you know Ma's having a boyfriend." You stopped eating.

"Things like that, Blazt.. are Confidential. And, That's not true. Your tito kai and I? We're not dating, okay?" Your wife explained.

"Sorry, Ma. I'm done, I'm going to play, bye, ma, bye, pa." Your son left and went to the playground.

Your wife started eating again. Utensils makes the noise.

"I... Are you really dating Kim Jongin?" You said. Your wife stopped eating and looked at you.

"Kai and I? We're friends, Chen. There's nothigg special about us. I'm not interested about those things though." She explained. You sighed.

"Iya, Let's start over, again." She smiled bitterly.

"I'm sorry, Chen. You're too late." She said.

"There's no such things as too late, I can prove anything. I can do anything. Please, for Blazt's sake, I want him to feel complete, not like this." You said. She shook her head.

"Maybe, some other time, Chen. I'll think of it. I'll remember the things you've done." She stood up and walked out.
