It'll shut them right up
Scenario #2
Your walking down the hallway that is empty except for you two
Bully: Can you walk any slower!
*You look around and display the empty hallway to your bully*
Me: You do know that the hallway is built for an entire highschool to walk through it
Or you could just start walking extremely slow and irritate them
