It plays tricks on us
It makes us go Insain
We think we are okay
But it comes up with thousands of reasons to tell us that were not
We try to accomplish something
But it tells us we are worthless
It tells us that we can't do anything worth living
It tells us that our friends are not what they are
It tells us the whole reason we were alive was to die
But is that true
Is it true that we are worthless
Is it true that we are nothing
Or is it just that we can't see what we can do
Because the only thing our brain let's us think is that we are worthless
That we should just have given up when we could
But we decided to keep going because we knew it was just us telling our self that we were useless
So we keep on moving
We keep on living for the day are brain stopped telling us we are worless
And when our brain tells us we are worth more than we think.
