JANUARY 19TH - 4:00AM

It was the day, the day you left to Melbourne with your best friends. You missed Daniel but you know he would have loved to come. You woke up feeling refreshed, but very tired since you weren't used to waking up so early. You had exactly 30 minutes before you had to leave for the airport. 

You turn to your bedside table and chug a bottle of water before heading to the shower. You felt icky so you decided a shower would be your best friend.

Once you were finished with your shower you decided to throw on some cute airport-friendly clothes for the trip. You took a few extra minutes checking yourself out because DAMN were you looking mighty fine this moment on that day right now. You were wearing black Nike leggings, black Nike running shoes, and a fitting Mac DeMarco Tee-shirt. You wore a comfy Misfits 4/20 Hoodie because it was your literal favorite hoodie. You threw your hair up in a messy bun and put on a cute light makeup look. And that's when your phone let off a little 'Ping' noise. It was a text from your groupchat.

TRAVEL BUDDIES           

hoebaghorton changed the name of the groupchat to TRAVEL BUDDIES

hoebaghorton: Hey bitch, I'm coming to pick you up rn get fuckin readyyy! 

UhOhStinky: Okay coolio I'm ready, what about Jake?

Jakefromstatefarm: Yeah what about me?

hoebaghorton: Since you're closer to LAX  I'm gonna get Y/N/N first and then pick you up, you better be ready RIGHT when I get there because we're already running a little late because of miss mirror hugger over here

UhOhStinky: What?! I thought I looked good today fuck off lmao :) See ya'll in a minute, gotta close and lock everything up

You grabbed your black suitcase and black Panic! At The Disco backpack. turned off your light, left your room,  and you locked your room door then continued down your apartment hallway. You turned off every light and locked every door making sure your home was fresh, clean, stable and secure once off on your trip. You felt safest at home, especially when visited by Aunt Flo and occasional anxiety attacks. You had to make sure your home wouldn't burn down during you absence. 

You heard beeping outside of your living room and knew Kayla was here, you grabbed your stuff and headed outside onto your porch. You waved at Kayla and barely noticed her excited wave back to you through her tinted windows. You walked down the stairs, stood by the back of Kayla's Tesla waiting for her to pop the trunk. Once she did, you put your suitcase in the back and closed the trunk, getting in the front seat of her car.
