[Third POV]

Sitting in silence the two took sips of their own cup of tea, it was around seven pm and it had started snowing again, thankfully Kyoya's house had heaters around to keep the house warm.

"Tsuna." Kyoya began expecting him to understand and Tsuna already knew what Kyoya wanted to know but he didn't want to tell him.

Tsuna knows Kyoya very well, growing up as partners in crime, and if Kyoya knew that he was in a war against a powerful famiglia on his own... He didn't want to be bitten to actual death, thank you very much.

"Tsunayoshi." Kyoya was losing his patience, he had been waiting for a explanation for a long while now and he knew when his crush was about to lie, he always had this look in his eyes that many missed.

"... It was meant to be a simple mission, take out a base of a enemy famiglia which had been taking Vongola's peace alliance for granted." Tsuna began and Kyoya nodded, Tsuna took it as a 'okay' for him to continue.

"I went with a friend, Shiro. Halfway through we had spilt up so we could destroy the base faster seeing as he was on a time limit... That's when he introduced himself." Tsuna's voice had taken a cautious tone and eyes had lost their light for a few seconds, taking a deep breath he continued.

"Stefano, the cloud of Marino Famiglia. Their famiglia isn't well known, hell they were so well hidden that I only found out about them because of their sudden aggression to Vongola a few years back. I haven't found much about them, only their names and their place in the famiglia, there is word that they will be going to the Kozumi and Hayashi celebration being held this year." Tsuna explained, unknowing getting off topic and Kyoya only nodded, still listening and thinking of bitting this Stefano to death.

"Clouds are generally focused on heavy hits instead of speed, take yourself for example and how I can only beat you by using strategy and sometimes my speed... He was too strong and could see through everything I threw his way. Fortunately, I was able to find a escape route and made a run for it." Tsuna released a shaky sigh, "I know when to pick my battles and which to finish, that one... I would have died but luckily he didn't expect me to have any other flame than sky." Kyoya's rage had risen, Stefano could have killed his Omnivore if he wasn't underestimating Tsuna's flames.

"I-..." Tsuna gave another shaky sigh, trying to control his emotions. Hiding his face with his hands as he leaned on the table for support.

Kyoya noticed that flicker of fear and was immediately beside Tsuna, giving him his flames to help bring out strength and calm.

"I am okay... Don't worry so much." Tsuna whispered, losing his will to keep talking as old wounds that turned into scars itched.

"Your eyes." say otherwise was left unsaid but Tsuna understood.

"I-... Was scared of never being able to return home." Tsuna's voice came out as a whisper even when he tried to speak usually, his heart overwhelmed by past memories and emotions that haunt him even in his sleep.

Added by the odd dreams.

Kyoya always hated seeing Tsuna so valuable, the fact someone or something had cause such a change to the once joyful herbivore was startling as a kid.
