#6-The Shy Boy

Namjoon POV

"Fragile but beautiful, silent but loud. Is only I who could hear the words leaving the soft rosy lips" I completed my story.

After that I returned to my seat trying to ignore the feeling of prying eyes. I looked to my left and my eyes meet with eyes of the shower boy in the corner of the class who quickly looked away.

I kept looking at him and he glanced up so I smiled at him and he smiled back but returned to his book.

I'm not sure who he is because he's just the boy you see alone and doing everything by himself.

I kind of had a not to speak about it crush on him but it died a long time ago when one of my friends became his bully.

"Jin" The teacher called him for his turn to read his story in front of the class.

"Uh- Miss?" He called out to the teacher.

"Yes Jin?"she responded.

"You read my story personally" he said.

"And? I want you to read it for the class Jin" she said obviously trying to convince the shy boy that it was okay to read to the class.

"O-oh okay" He was already trembling from his sit.

"Make him welcomed" Miss Evins said.

Nobody clapped and the so called Jin eyed the teacher.

I clapped welcoming him causing him to look at me. He got out of his seat.

"Jin and Namjoon were the only ones who got hundred you guy better clap!" The teacher practically shouted causing people to immediately clap.

After Jin told his story in practically a whisper that possible only I heard because I was listening, I clapped for him.

"Thank you" he said quietly as he passed my desk to head back to his seat.

"Okay next sorry is a partnered assignment that is due at the end of the term, look at he paper at the back to get your partner." The teacher said so I got up to look and noticed Jin didn't move.

"Aren't you going to see who your partner is?" I asked.

"Uh no I'll only get pushed aside" he said not even looking at me.

"Then let's go see together with me" I extended my hand to him.

He looked at my hand then at me before slowly taking my hand and I brought him to the back standing in front of me making sure no one was going to push him.

"Back up" I told a boy who was clearly going to push Jin but stepped back when I said to.

Jin looked at the poster and I did so smiling at the sight of seeing that Jin was my partner.

"Thank you" he said as he returned to his seat.

"No problem Jin" I said adding his name just because I like the sound of it but specifically because his name is suppose to be Seokjin and Jin is just a nickname.

"You guys may start as soon as I give you the instructions. Okay so you have a two month time span to write and type out a book of minimum 200 pages about anything. And don't worry about it being school appropriate sex scenes allowed. Now go to your partner and start forming an idea until class ends" she said.

I got out of my seat and moved to Jin but stopped when someone stood in front of him.

I could tell the person had touched Jin and after the person moved Jin's head was on his desk.

I walked up to Jin and could clearly tell he was crying.

"Jin are you okay?" I asked tapping his shoulder but his head remained on his desk so I just took a seat beside him.

After a couple minutes later Jin sat up with blood shot eyes.

"Jin?" I asked.

"Hmm" he answered.

"What did he do to you?" I asked.

"Nothing he's my brother" Jin said.

"He is?" I asked.

"Yes he doesn't like me though" he said.

"What exactly did he say to you?" I asked.

"Maybe I shouldn't tell you because it's about you" he said still not even sparing me a glance.

"Huh?" I was a bit confused.

"I can do the project by myself" he said.

"But I wanna do it with you" I was getting a lit but angry.

"Go tell the teacher that you aren't happy with your partner and that you want my brother to be your partner" Jin said and from there I had then seen the slap mark beside Jin's face that no one would be heard because they were all moving around and the class was noisy.

"I won't do that Jin" I stood angrily from the seat.

"What are you doing ?" He asked but I didn't answer him instead looking for his brother and walking straight up to him.

I grabbed his collar.

"Namjoon stop" Jin was now beside me trying to get me to release his brother's collar.

"What is your problem bro?!?!" I shouted in his face.

"NAMJOON RELEASE HIM THIS INSTANT!" The teacher called out to me.

I slapped Jin brother back across the face and then released him.

"Office" The teacher said and I looked back at Jin before walking out of the class slamming the class.

1 month later.

I looked over at the boy who was typing out on the laptop. He was so silent and cute yet special.

I stopped his hand from typing further on the laptop making his look at me.

We've been dating for two weeks and I've just really wanted to ask him to be my boyfriend but I don't know if he'll accept.

"Jin?" I called to him.

"Y-yes" he stuttered as usual.

"Would you be-" I was stalling a bit because I was getting nervous which was something new.

I didn't know how to complete my question so I leaned forward pulling him into a kiss which he returned and deepened placing his hand on my shoulder.

When we pulled away he responded to me "yes"

"Are you serious?" I asked him.

"Yes. You make me happy than anyone else could make me" he said.
