try to figure out what works for you, this could be anything including:
•watching cartoons
•coloring
•looking at little gear
•playing with stuffed animals/toys
the best thing to do is to try to create a safe environment for yourself, there is no boundaries or things you have to commit to, try to make yourself feel as comfy as possible.
