I looked at him slightly confused. "Translation?"
"Alpha, second in charge of S.O.B.S.U.R.'s military division of Stella and we are on their soil."
"So, we are basically fighting a city."
Cristina added as she turned on her back and castes a fire and watched it dance between her fingers.
"Yep."
I replied dreadfully, as I walked towards Johnithan and his computer to see.
"Cristina was right about one thing though. The locating I picked up was a trap. Sort of. It was the original place of the messages. I think because there are two locations, and they are both on opposite ends of the city, it's hard to tell. The recordings files are merged."
I leaned against the wall while fixing my hair. "Is that so, how'd you find that out?"
"I hacked into their systems and got the monitor info and base layout. The official base is right above." He pointed to the sky. "A satellite that is right above this city on the edge of the atmosphere." He said.
"So, are we just ignoring the other bases?" Asked Cristina.
" No, we still need to go through both of them. There are some missing files on the satellite. It has a bomb or something. It's odd that it floats over the most lively city on Stella."
"There is a death ray on that satellite aimed at the planets weakest point."
Yuffie said twirling the fur in her jacket. "The base also works as a satellite as you know but there is at least three orbiting every planet S.O.B.S U.R. owns."I got off the wall and stretched before walking on the balcony. "All good info, but we need a plan. Not like we can just waltz on in and get what we need."
"Sachi's right," Johnithan said. "Lucky, I have the floor plans for all three bases. Sichiru, take the north base, Cristina, take the south base. I'll go up to the satellite, to try and disable the attack on our planet."
On the last sentence, John was a bit hesitant. I felt unease and doubt coming from him, but I felt it was best not to put him on the spot.
"John, how will you get up there?" Cristina asked.
"I can fly him there but I can't go any farther. They'd recognize me before I step into the building." Yuffie said.
"Alright, then it's settled we should head out tomorrow morning and shut S.O.B.S.U.R. down." Said Johnithan. "In the meantime, get some rest. You'll need all of the energy you can get."
There was no argument on the demands he gave us and I laid down. It felt good to be on soft sheets again and it wasn't long before I fell asleep.
I found myself to a world on fire innocent people dying and barbaric humanoids destroying everything. My body was in lots of pain and I could barely stand. I tried to attack someone or something but it vanished and stabbed me from behind and kicked me through a window. I fell hundreds of feet then woke up as I hit the ground.
My body ached as if I were still in the dream and my vision was blurred, but it eventually I saw it was still dark outside and John was still up working on something.
He alternated between his computer and these things he was building that looked like earpieces and something that looked like it could've been contact lenses.
I got up and put on a jacket about to walk out of the hotel when Johnithan stopped me.
"Couldn't sleep I guess?"
"Yeah. I need some fresh air to think straight."
"Mind if I come along?" He asked. I shook my head, then we walked out.
