Ilhoon was her first real experience at dating casually. It didn't mean that they had sex but they did test the waters. Just to see if they would work out. And for a while, it did work for them. Moon was not experienced in the dating world since she mostly kept to herself but she was glad that Ilhoon was the first person she dated.
They ended things before it could go public on mutual terms but it wasn't a sad breakup. If anything, it made them closer than ever. To this day, they remain great friends. Best friends, even.
