Draco
When the guard saw me, he told me that my father was waiting for me in the ballroom. As I walked through the doors, I happened to glance at the clock and saw it was nearly 2am. Shit..... I'd been missed about 4 hours of my own party. Argh... I'd screwed up so badly....

The room was empty, except for my furious looking parents. They instructed the guards to leave, so the could talk to their son. As soon as I reached my father I received I had slap across my face. I was weak from not eating much, so I was knocked to the floor.

"How DARE YOU EMBARRASS US LIKE THIS?! DO YOU KNOW HOW FOOLISH WE LOOKED WHEN PEOPLE REALISED THE PRINCE - WHO'S PARTY IT WAS - WAS MISSING?!" My father's voice boomed throughout the ballroom, and it was safe to say I was terrified.

"GO TO YOUR ROOM, YOU UNGRATEFUL LITTLE BRAT!" He commanded I I obeyed without hesitating.

Harry
When I returned to the Burrow, Ron and Hermione were waiting for me.

"So? How'd it go?" Ron asked.
"It was...."
"What?" Hermione said, her eyes bright.
"Perfect...." I whispered.

I told them everything, except the part about him bring really skinny. I longed to go back.... But I knew it would be near impossible.

"Wait.... So you didn't tell him how you felt?"
"Merlin, Ron! I knew him for a few hours! I couldn't just say, Hello Prince Draco, I have a massive crush on you." I said sarcastically, while Hermione bit back a laugh.
"Well, what are you going to do then?"
I thought for a moment before a smile reached my lips. I then run up to mine and Ron's room and begin writing.

Draco
I'd snuck out into the grounds about an hour after that incident with my father. It was 4ish, and I was hoping to see the sunrise. I found myself missing James, even though I'd only known him for a few hours. I sun rays illuminated the castle grounds, and i wished that I could stay in this moment forever. It was possibly the one place where I felt at peace, and could act like Draco. Not Prince Draco, or the Slytherin Prince. Just Draco - a 16 year old boy. I climbed the oak tree, and sat on one of the lower branches and looked out over the gardens, up to the door that led to the ballroom. That was when something caught my eye.

I walked over to a rose bush by the door and picked up the silvery material. It only took me a few minutes to realise this was an invisibility cloak. I remembered how James reacted to seeing the guard. Why would he do that? Did he just not want to be seen with the Prince? Or did he not want to be seen....? What if James had snuck into the party, and wasn't invited? Well, it made sense. Had he possibly hid this cloak here and pretended to be a guest at the party? I'd have to ask him.

When I returned to my room, I saw a snowy white owl on my window ledge with a letter tied to its leg. I let it in, fed it a treat, and read the letter.

Dear Prince Draco,
I would like to say how much I enjoyed spending time with you last night. I'm very sorry I had to leave, but I realised I had urgent business to attend to in the morning and I had to leave. I am very sorry. If I may, I would like to keep in touch with you. My owl, (her name is Hedwig) could tell your owl my address and we could possibly exchange letters. Please tell me what you think of the idea.
James Peverall

I began writing my reply immediately.

Dear James,
I would love to exchange letters with you, as I enjoyed your company as well. As for your sudden exit from the party last night, are you sure it wasn't because you saw a guard? If my theory is wrong, I apologise, but I happened to find an invisibility cloak, and wondered if you'd used it to sneak into the party. If you did, I'm not annoyed. Sneaking into a party is quite a rebellious thing to do, and being a prince it would be nice to rebel a bit. Please just tell me the truth. Also, please just call me Draco - as we're friends?
Draco

Harry
He'd figured it out. Ugh, I had no idea what to do. I asked Hermione and she helped me come up with a plan.

Dear Draco,
You caught me. Yes, I did sneak into the party - but not for the reasons you may think. I am Slytherin nobility, but because of my travels, I didn't receive an invite. I wanted to go, because, well... I wanted to meet you. It seemed only logical that I should meet the boy who will someday be running my kingdom. And yes, we definitely are friends.
James
